This beautiful home is located in the heart of Niagara on the lakes wine country. Beautiful picturesque sunset views. Lake access. Beautiful cathedral ceilings in great room with fireplace. Located directly on the wine route. Summer, winter or fall... this home has views for all ! We very much look forward to making this your home for your next vacation !

BBQ on the property. We provide a propane tank for every stay.
Hot tub is Chlorine AND AVAILABLE ALL YEAR!
WADE pool open from April until end of September. This is a shallow pool of 2 foot depth called a wade pool, with a fountain.
NEW: Gas Fire table on site for your all-season enjoyment!
We have provided a key less entrance for easy arrival.
Your door code will be sent in your Welcome message, two days prior to arrival.
We have parking for 4 cars. (2 in the main driveway, and 2 in the section near the road.)
We ask that guests arrive prior to 8 pm so we can assist if there are any questions on arrival.
Please ensure to do a full check of the property when you arrive and ask any questions to our team via air bnb chat if you cannot find something you expected to be at the home. We are always here to assist.
Grace, our guests service specialist is available to answer questions through Air bnb chat. We do ask you do a full check in the house on arrival to eliminate issues of late night messages being delayed in response until the morning.
Very private, quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.
Driving to and from very easy. Taxi and taxi pick up service ap's available in this area as well.
* No firewood fires permitted at this time. We have installed a gas fire pit for your safe enjoyment during this time.
Cottage booking Contract will be sent via email once booking is confirmed and must be filled in and sent back to confirm booking.
House Rules must be followed at all times. If the House Rules are not followed, guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund. We want our guests to enjoy themselves and their stay, making amazing memorable memories while respecting our home and the neighbourhood/neighbours.
Our House Rules are;
***This is NOT a party area it is a family area. ***
-This property has room for 4 cars and 4 cars ONLY (please car pool if needed)
-No loud talking or music after 9pm outdoors to abide with local bylaw.
-NO open firewood fires are permitted. Please use the gas fire table. If you are caught using an open flame fire wood fire on the property, you will be charged and fined.

Cameras on the property exterior facing entrance doors and driveway for security purposes only. No Cameras indoors at all.
Please note, during the spring sand flies are common from the lake. There is nothing we can do to prevent them from outside. We do ask that all guests keep the doors and windows closed during this season to prevent the sand flies from getting indoors, as best as possible. Kayaks are available during June, July and August. If you wish for them outside of this time, please let our host know and she will make arrangements, depending on weather conditions.
Please note, Fall season is prime time for fruit picking season in Niagara. as such the fruit flies tend to be common visitors at the sites when food is left out or sweet things poured down the sinks.
HOUSE RULES:
We don't have any rules that should surprise you. Some of the below are city enforced bylaws that are out of our control. Failure to comply will result in the hosts/property owners receiving hefty fines, loss of demerit points, and ultimately losing their short-term rental licence. We take these bylaws, and additional house rules very seriously. We hope you understand.
1. No parties/events to be held on the property. (no exceptions, sorry)
2. No more than 10 adults are permitted on the property, without prior consent.
3. No excessive noise/music, especially outside after 10pm. (City bylaw)
4. No smoking indoors, please.
5. No more than 4 cars are permitted in the driveway. (City bylaw) two in the small section by road and two in main driveway.
6. No street parking is permitted. (Strictly enforced bylaw)
7. We allow DOGS ONLY and a maximum of 2 and there is a $50 charge per pet per stay.
8. For all bookings if cancellation is required, the processing fee will not be refunded.
*A "Cottage booking Contract" will be sent via email once the booking is confirmed and must be filled in and sent back to confirm the booking. Our team will send a message via Airbnb chat as soon as it has been sent to you. Depending on your booking check-in date, this can take a few days - to a few weeks to be issued.
