Beautiful View

The apartment is perched on a hill directly overlooking the sea with amazing views. It's a short walk into town but a tough walk back up, but not too bad. The parking space is ridiculously narrow for anything other than a small car but the visitors spaces were always free. Overall a lovely apartment in a beautiful part of eth country.

Amazing apartment with an unreal view

We absolutely loved our three day stay here. We can't fault it whatsoever. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and more. The beds in both rooms were comfortable and the living space perfect for our family of four. We have stayed in a few apartments in Cornwall over the past decade and this was by far the best. The views were spectacular. See the photos.The walk to Mevagissey harbour, from the path right outside the apartment is a better option than to drive there. The road is very narrow and tight and you will have to pay for parking nearby. The views walking down to the harbour are a bonus. The walk to Portmellon Beach from the apartment was pleasant. It took us 20 minutes but there is a small paid car park on the beach if you want to drive. We walked all the way to Colana Beach where we came across sheep and lambs grazing. Our children loved this as they were so close. We ate at The Fish Grill food truck followed by Ice Cream from The Blue Hut. Both very good and reasonably priced. Crepes at She Sells and breakfast at The Lighthouse CafƩ were both very enjoyable. We got all our pies and pastries from The Cornish Bakery.We will be back.

Excellent apartment with all facilities you could need and amazing views. Parking space is far too tight . Driving through the village is very difficult due to very tight roads .

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist top und bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht! Von dort aus kann man alle bekannten SehenswĆ¼rdigkeiten in Cornwall innerhalb kurzer Zeit erreichen. Der Tipp des Vermieters, mit der Mava-Fowey-Ferry zu fahren war einmalig. Wir konnten eine groƟe Gruppe von Delfinen aus nƤchster NƤhe sehen. Vom Balkon aus konnten wir tƤglich zwei Robben beobachten. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war super. Allerdings sind die Matratzen doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sollten ausgetauscht werden. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, allerdings sollte darauf geachtet werden, wie die Mieter das Geschirr und die GlƤser hinterlassen. Wir mussten einen GroƟteil der GlƤser spĆ¼len, bevor wir diese benutzen konnten. Der Gastgeber war top in der Kommunikation und sehr freundlich. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Lovely apartment with beautiful views and perfectly situated to explore such a stunning part of England. The apartment was perfect for us as a family. Great size, comfortable with good facilities (washer/dishwasher/oven) and the on-site parking and fast WiFi were a bonus. Despite the weather, we got to enjoy a couple of hours on the balcony with an unspoiled sea view and a glass of fizz as part of the welcome pack ā˜ŗļøšŸ„‚ Checkin instructions were clear, with no issues whilst we were there. Postcode in satnav takes you just passed it, however itā€™s clearly signposted and Tesco delivery can also find it too šŸ‘ We will definitely be back when we visit the area again sometime

Ein wunderschƶner Aufenthalt

Wir haben eine Woche in der tollen Wohnung verbracht. Die StraƟe dorthin ist ein wenig eng und wenn man Mittags fƤhrt, kann die Fahrt ein wenig dauern. Die Wohnung an sich war top ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Das einzige was man verbessern kƶnnte, wƤren die Mƶbel auf dem Balkon die fĆ¼r`s Campen okay wƤren, aber nicht um Abends bei einem Glas Wein den Delphinen zuzuschauen. Die Aussicht war allerdings phƤnomenal. Der Parkplatz C war aufgrund der GrĆ¶ĆŸe nicht nutzbar, es gab aber GƤsteparkplƤtze am Haus die wir nutzen konnten, von daher war es kein Problem.

Explore from your door

A lovely stay at this spacious accommodation on the beautiful Cornish coast. So many places to explore in any direction right from your door. Everything was thoughtfully furnished to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Bring your own body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Provide your favourite cooking oil, seasonings and condiments if you plan to prepare your own meals. Parking is unbelievably tight though other options are available. Too bad about the dvd.
