Inside this stylish unit, you'll discover all the comforts of home, complete with thoughtful amenities to enhance your beach vacation. We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Nice and Convenient
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The layout of the unit was great and was plenty spacious for just us two. Lauren replied quickly to any and all communication and the instructions for all relevant information pertaining to the unit was clear and straight-forward. The location was fabulous as well. It was steps away from the beach and steps away from many great local eateries. All-in-all we had a great time and this unit made for a peaceful respite and a fabulous central launching point for all our activities. You can't go wrong with this place!

Cozy Place
This place was cute and cozy. The only reason one of the questions received a 4 is because they were doing construction on the beach and we were not informed ahead of time about it. Every day we stayed we had to walk further and further down the beach. When I spoke to Lauren she said she had no idea about the construction and apologized. We did end up staying an extra day, obviously we didn’t mind the walk, and she gave us a little discount on our extra day. Also, bring an extra blanket. We got sunburned, and no matter how high we put the thermostat, we were cold and there were no extra blankets except the one from the bed. All in all, the place was super cute and we would stay there again.

Perfect location for a beach vacation. Great beach access and walking distance to bars and restaurants. The property was very clean, all amenities were included as listed and the property manager was great to communicate with for any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I recently spent five delightful days at The Hibiscus Hut, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is fantastic—just a pleasant walk to the beach, which made our mornings and evenings truly special. Additionally, almost everything we needed was within walking distance, making our stay convenient and relaxing. The unit itself was immaculate and thoughtfully stocked with everything one might need. From kitchen essentials to beach gear, it felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail and cleanliness was impressive. A special mention to Lauren, who was outstanding in her communication with us. She was responsive, friendly, and made sure all our needs were met promptly. Her dedication truly enhanced our experience. The Hibiscus Hut is a perfect beach getaway with excellent amenities and exceptional host service. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty and convenience of St. Augustine Beach!

Perfect-would choose every time!
Amazing clean property just like the pictures with an even better location than we could have hoped for. Short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to ice cream at Cone Heads. St. Augustine is perfect and this property helped make our vacation a dream.

Our getaway was very comfy and convenient. It was close to the beach and a great selection of restaurants were all close by. There were also so many things to see and do in nearby St Augustine. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit 😊

Great beach get away!!
We would recommend this property. Let us just say… location, location, location! So close to the beach that you are able to come back for a quick break to refuel and not lose your space on the beach. Unit was clean and well stocked. We were able to cook breakfast and lunch only eating out for dinner with many options in walking distance. Grocery store just a short drive away. Based on another review we brought a blanket with us; so glad we did. AC is great but after a day in the sun can be a bit chilly at night. Host was very responsive and check in and check out processes were a breeze. Coneheads (ice cream right next door) was delicious and we enjoyed their nondairy options. We look forward to coming back. This is one of our favorite areas to visit and this unit it is gem!!

Superb location
This property is near everything in SAB. Barely a block from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, shops with Piblix just a short drive away. This was a fantastic experience all around. Must yry Sunset Grill. Good was superb!!

Miscommunication
We stayed 9 days and were unable to use the television in the living room due to a miscommunication. Also, the bed only had a sheet and a coverlet. It was cold and we asked for a blanket, we were told to use the throw, which was a lap blanket. We went to the store and purchased a blanket. The unit was spotless, the location was perfect. Besides the two issues that we experienced, I would highly reccomend this place.

Great New Years stay

Just the right size.
And perfect location for a single or a couple looking to get away for a long weekend. Really nice place. Beach was actually closer than i expected. Short walks to alot of great places. For me. The taco shack and Jack bbq/ brewery just a few blocks away was the highlight. There is basically an ice cream shop right next door. You an easily walk to Island Donuts and the pier. This area is perfect in my opinion. Very short. Easy drive to the old town. Do not hesitate to choose the Hibiscus Hut for your next trip to st aug beach and town.
