The Space:
This beautiful 2 bedroom condo is fully equipped and the perfect spot for small groups or family travel! The private condo includes full kitchen, 1 full bathroom with shower/tub combo, living room with cozy seating and flat screen tv, 1 master bedroom with queen bed, and 1 additional bedroom with 2 twin beds. Spacious bedroom closets have hanging shelves and hangers so you can make yourself right at home.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink on the private back porch with seating for everyone. Or relax inside with local channels and Netflix available on the flat screen tv and family games stocked in the living room. This condo is stocked with all the essentials, making packing easier on you.

The Island Suite is located perfectly in town just a 15-20 minute walk into the downtown district and only a couple miles away from the nearest public beach. 2 assigned parking spots included with stay (one covered parking spot).

Guest Access:
This is a private condo and you will have access to the entire home including a full kitchen, a covered back patio, and 2 parking spots. Coin-op laundry room on site is also available for guests.

Getting Around:
Everything you'll want to see is minutes away from the condo, so we recommend walking or bringing bikes to explore the town. Can't bring your own? There are plenty of rentals in town. Check out Drifters, a local company that will deliver bikes directly to your doorstep! Uber and Lyft are popular in the area for those who need a quick ride.

Interaction with Guests:
We strive to make sure your time at the home is relaxing and enjoyable by providing private, uninterrupted experiences. We are always available during your stay if there are any questions or for any recommendations on what to do and see in the area. Our local team is also available to stop by if you need any assistance!

This place was great! It had all the kitchen items we needed. The location was great. Walked to dinner several nights. Very clean and quiet. Danny was great at answering any questions in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this as a great place to stay!

Quick little get away
I needed a quick getaway and I had my eye on this property. It was everything I needed and more. What you need to know that is important is the location. It is so close to everything cool. Perfect place to do whatever you need to in St Augustine.

Great location and space
We stayed here for 2 days and loved the proximity to St. Augustines and the island. Very roomy and a nice beach vibe inside. There was everything you would need for the beach and 2 beach cruises. The owners were very responsive and recommended a great venue for the Super Bowl-Mellow Mushroom that was within a short walk.

We really enjoyed our stay the week between Christmas and the New Year. The location and home were perfect. We could easily walk to the historic district and easily drive over the bridge to the beach. Loads to do nearby but also quiet with a really great back deck area.

It was clean and had everything we needed. Close to everything,We didn’t ride the bikes, but they were available. Very close to Anastasia park. Recommend going early to see sun rise.

A quaint home in a great location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the condo to be perfect for what we needed; the location was conveniently located to a great coffee shop (literally on the next corner!) and within walking distance to all the sights of historical St. Augustine. The property manager was super attentive and answered any questions we had...easy and comfortable to work with. Thank you for your hospitality!

Bike around, walk to historic downtown, clean updated unit, great outdoor space
Loved our stay in this lovely updated and super clean unit. Had everything we needed and was so happy there were bikes. We casually cruised through neighborhoods and rode to Anastasia island state park. Walked the beach on a beautiful sunny Sunday and barely anyone was there. Are at mellow mushroom, went to Sarbez and the brewery. Toured historic downtown and listened to live music. Fantastic property and town! Only feedback is we didn’t get checkin instructions until I reached out the day of and it wasn’t clear what unit we were in as it didn’t say in the listing that I could see or in the comms but it was in the picture. There are several units in this department. It is clean, safe and quiet.

Great location
We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. A great location to walk into St.Augustine which was perfect as parking in town is crowded and expensive. Easy drive to the beautiful beaches. Definitely check out the state park! Owners were responsive and easy to get in touch with.

Lovely Property
Spent a long weekend in St. Augustine at Island Suite #1 and loved it. It is charming and very well maintained. It is in walking distance of some restaurants and a short Uber ride away from the historic area. It was the perfect base for the weekend and I highly recommend staying here.

Amazingly clean and comfortable. Danny and Andrea go out of their way to make you feel at home. We appreciated the basket of snacks, water in the fridge, AND coffee to last our stay. Nothing to do but go out enjoy all St. Augustine has to offer.

Very Convenient
Just a few blocks from the Bridge, this unit was convenient to downtown attractions and restaurants. Excellently appointed kitchen and comfortable living room with a spacious and clean bathroom. My only problem was with the bed. I am in my sixties and my back wasn’t happy with the mattress. This would be a great place for a family to use as home base during a St. Augustine vacation. Winter Getaway
The condo was perfect. Great interior and admenities. The place was very clean. Close to downtown St Augustine and very close to some excellent restaurants that Danny recommended. Great location to enjoy the beach and Historic St-Augustine, a very beautiful condo!
This is truly one of the best rentals we've had, and we've rented many! Everything was just perfect! The condo is close to Historic St-Augustine and to many beautiful beaches (a few minutes by car). Upon our arrival we were greeted with a welcome basket filled with goodies and water. The place is spotless, modern and in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen is very well equiped and we also enjoyed the pizza at Mellow Mushroom, just a few steps away. We absolutely enjoyed our stay with our fifteen year old and wish to come back soon! Thank you Danny and Andrea for your wonderful condo!
