Our pool is open ALL YEAR and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
2 free private parking spots and 2 FULL bathrooms. Located in downtown.
Historic building fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool with separate entrance. We are located in the heart of historic Lincolnville in downtown Saint Augustine. Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, ONSITE PARKING IS FREE.
The interior of this upstairs apartment (with an inside staircase leading directly to pool area) has been tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and mattresses.
2 KING beds
The pool area has launch chairs, umbrellas and dining table for the perfect meal.

Flat screen TVs in living room, office, and bedrooms, wireless access and availability of Netflix, Hulu, Roku, CNN, FOX, E, Bravo, HGTV, TLC, History, A&E, USA, Travel, and much more.

The apartment is equipped with a full bath that includes a tub/shower combination. We know that traveling can be hectic, so we provide soap, shampoo, and conditioner.8
The amenities don't stop there! We also have a washer and dryer in the apartment with detergent for your convenience and a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a coffee maker WITH the coffee.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

Girls Weekend
The property was very clean, well stocked and tastefully decorated. The patio and pool area was just lovely and perfect for coffee in the morning or wine and cheese in the afternoon. The location was walking distance to many points of interest and we never had to drive more than 10 minutes. Would recommend this property.

Great rental in a very quiet location, easy to get to and so close to many major streets in the area. The unit was clean and tidy, beds are comfortable. The highlight was the pool and pool area. If we return to the area, we would definitely rent again!

First visit for Flagler Women Soccer games. Our VRBO was fantastic stay.Our place was extremely clean and relaxing.The pool area was very relaxing. The location is so convenient to St Augustine downtown area,we walk everywhere and left our vehicle parked. Highly recommend will stay here again in the future.

These accommodations are perfect for 2 couples due to the 2 full King bedrooms and 2 baths. A perfect get a way with friends visiting us from California! Pool was great. Very clean - easy to navigate neighborhood.

Great place Great Location
This unit was perfect for our family weekend getaway in Saint Augustine. It was very clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was within walking distance of everything that we wanted to see.The parking spot was assigned and the backyard pool was like a little oasis. The Historic Lincolnville neighborhood looks like it is going through restoration/remodeling on some of the old houses, I didn’t find it an issue FYI If you don’t do stairs this unit would not be a good fit for you**

Perfect for 2 friends exploring St. Augustine!
Pros- updated, clean, comfortable and accommodating space! Great pool too! Host was very prompt and courteous when replying. Cons-a bit far out from historic town center and waterfront but easy walking distance of less than a mile. 20 steps to 2nd floor 2 bed unit was a bit daunting to carry luggage up and down. Neighborhood is up and coming with renovations but overall felt safe and quiet.

Upstairs Apartment in Historic Area
This was my first time using VRBO. Hosts were lovely. This property was in walking distance to town. Beautiful pool, clean and well appointed apartment. We stayed upstairs…three other apartments are on the ground floor. The outside stairs are quite steep and difficult to lug up suitcases, food etc. would not recommend for small children or seniors with disability the upstairs apt #4. If I stayed again would want to stay on ground floor. Two parking spaces were provided with upstairs apartment… One for the ground floor apartments. When we first got there we were concerned with neighborhood but it turns out it is in the Historic area and homes are being renovated.

Highly Recommend!
"Best week of my life," said everybody in my family. Staying in this very clean, spacious, and comfortable condo unit was a major contributing factor to that shared sentiment. The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Beautiful and clean pool to relax in after a day at the St. Augustine Beach (short drive) or a brief walk to St. George St. (beautiful scenery/sites along the way). Close enough to the Alligator Farm and Mainland a little farther out. Wonderful family memories were made and we are so grateful to have stayed in such a wonderful place. Overall, exceptionally clean, well-stocked, comfortable, spacious, and in a wonderful location. Wonderful and responsive communication with Kirsten as well. Thank you!

Never been to St Augustine before. This place offered a comfortable home environment so close to everything. It was a short walk so no need for a car. Then the trolley was right there too. Great place. Lots of room. Very clean and prepped. Enjoyed immensely
