Additional Guests - The apartment can comfortably accommodate two people. Additional guests are not permitted.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).
Primary renter must be present on all bookings.
There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.
Pet Policy - We are happy to host your pets! Maximum of 2 dogs allowed, 40lb weight limit per dog, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dogs alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. On the balcony we have water and food bowls, also there is an outdoor shower to rinse off your dogs when returning from the beach. We will provide you with a list of recommended places that are dog friendly. Please tell us about your pet(s) when you request to book.
***Pet Fee - An additional pet charge of $40 per dog, per stay will be required.
Smoking - There is no smoking allowed inside the house or on the balcony.
Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.
If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
