Fully updated and equipped with all your needs, this home will be a place you come back to year after year to make vacation memories that will last a lifetime!! Come enjoy the sand on your toes just steps outside the front door & all the comforts of home at Buddy's Beach House!!

Enter in on the private street of Old A1a, this street used to be 4x4 only but it has been updated for all vehicles. Welcome to Buddy's that sits on over an acre lot, so you will enjoy privacy with your loved ones.

The driveway comfortably fits 4-5 cars. Then come on in! Walk-in to a foyer that has an entry to the garage where you will find all your beach gear, an arcade game and a full bathroom with a shower, which is perfect for after the beach! Head upstairs where you blown away with the views of the waves crashing. The main floor is filled with light and so much love! It is the heart of the home and where you will find you spend most of your time inside. Walk out from the living room to the ocean deck or off the dining room to views of the intracoastal. The kitchen is full of high end appliances and stocked with all the needed items to cook a gourmet meal!

Primary Bedroom -
King bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub, smart tv, and sliding doors to a large balcony. 

Bedroom 2 - King bed, smart tv, sliding doors to a large balcony. 

Bedroom 3 - 2 double beds, smart tv, sliding doors to a large balcony. 

Living Room - A queen air mattress

Hall Bathroom - large shower/bath combo 

Laundry room and desk area are also on the floor with the bedrooms.

The entire home is available for guest access. One garage is locked.

No smoking in the property.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure that we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge of any item(s). Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

Please do not stand or play on the wire balcony railings. If there are any damages to these the guest will be held responsible to pay for the full repair. Thank you for your understanding!

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Pet Policy - We are happy to host your dogs! 2 dogs allowed, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dogs alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s) we love to hear about them! *Pet Fee - A pet fee will be charged, $175 1 or 2 dogs for the stay. Please let us know when booking your pet information. There is no pet fee for certified service animals, we do ask as a courtesy to let us know if you will be bringing a service animal during your stay.

Primary renter must be present at all times.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
