"A great place to return to after a busy day out. I was looking for a place to relax and this home was PERFECT! Listening to the water out the back was a wonderful addition to my morning coffee on the deck. Richard and Diane are wonderful hosts and were available my entire time for anything I needed and were more than helpful with my needs. A wonderful stay and highly recommend!"

"Gary & Patti's cabin was perfect for a group of 4 friends. We went on a fly fishing trip on the South Holston river, and it was close enough to get an early start on the day. The cabin itself is great. Plenty of room and Wifi/streaming worked well. We used the grill and the fire pit a lot. It was secluded with plenty of fun amenities. Would highly recommend if you want an outdoor stay with modern amenities! Property manager, Phil, was great :)"

"This cute cottage was clean, comfortable, well stocked and decorated for the season. The hostess went above & beyond to help us settle in & provided food & even some birthday surprises on my birthday! The Greenbelt Trail is nearby & we brought our bicycles, which we were given access to the garage to store them in during our visit. We had an excellent stay here & highly recommend! "

"Great home in interesting neighborhood. Huge local park and friendly neighbors on lots of front porches. Stayed over 1 night on our way to DC. I haven't communicated with the owner on any of this, as nothing was critical enough to warrant calling them at the time. So I'm sure it's already been corrected. There were 8 of us and we had to get creative with the beds. An air mattress would have been helpful for large groups. The refrigerator did not work but the freezer did which was good for...

"We stayed at this lovely property for two nights while visiting our son at ETSU. The house was very clean. We really enjoyed the rocking chairs and propane fireplace on the back porch. It was wonderful to sit out there in the mornings with our coffee. It rained a bit during our visit, so we didn’t get to make use of the fire pit. "This carriage house was to darn cute! Exactly what the listing says. The charm of the place adds to its character! The host was very attentive to our needs. The house is very well stocked, which was a pleasant surprise. If you are bringing children, they have a high chair, pack and play, baby bathtub, plastic dinnerware for the kids. When my husband and I come back to visit our son we’ll be checking to see if this carriage house is available, and we might even bring our granddaughter next time!!"
