"I just stayed here with my son on a long road trip from Florida to Utah. We booked it last minute. It didn’t have a ton of reviews but we were on an adventure so I figured, why not take a chance. So glad we did! The place was eclectic and newly renovated.
I loved the decor — the plants, coffee table books, and overall vibe. The beds were super comfortable.

"Hotel was very secure! Clean, friendly staff, and wonderful views of downtown. Not too noisy, bed and pillows were very comfortable and staff were always available to help if needed. Starbucks in the building was a huge bonus! "

"The staff was great. The breakfast was awesome. The only issue was room temperature. They know it’s an issue so hopefully it will be addressed. If we ever came back to stay in this area we would stay there again. "

"Great modern hotel in a classic historic building. All the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The exercise room, restaurant and bar are top notch. Rooms are spacious, well apportioned with very comfortable beds. There is not a lot in the immediate area but the KC street car (free to ride) is a couple blocks away."
"Home 2 Suites was a great home base for recent stay to move daughter to KC. The room was large, clean and their staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. "
