"We had a perfect anniversary weekend staying at the carriage house! We loved the added touches, such as light music playing as we walked in. It really showed the owner cares about their guests’ experiences. Having two choices of fire pits on two included decks was so nice. We used those each night and morning. It was so nice having plenty of coffee pods for the Keurig to enjoy by the fire each morning. The bed is on the very soft side, just to give other guests a heads up, depending on your...

"Check in would have been easier in the day light- apt is located at the rear of the property. There was some noise from above just a few nights but no worse than a hotel. It was quiet and nice to cook our meals. There could be a few more pots and dishes. For those wanting to ski you are about an hour from Deer Valley and Snow Bird"

"We loved our stay. Big enough to spread out for our large family reunion. Lots of fridge space, lots of bathrooms, loved the deck and the big grassy yard. We brought our own paper goods for meals but used the kitchen for cooking/preparing. Good amount of pots and pans. Big dumpster for garbage. We’d come back! "

"The home is well maintained. We could tell the host put a lot of time and care into the details. The decor was perfect, beds were comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. Short walk to Sundance resort makes for a nice option if you want to get out for a bit but sitting on the patio is great too. Highly recommend for a few day getaway!"

"Extremely clean. Perfect for our family needs. Loved having garage space to park in. It was nice to have the owners check up in us in theb kiddle of our stay to make sure all was going well. No complaints from us. It was the perfect hime to come back to at the end of the day to relax."

"Very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The washer and dryer was such a bonus. The home was decorated so well. It is close distance to many areas we wanted to go. It was a great stay. We would definitely want to stay there again. "

"My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. It was just what we wanted. A nice cozy cabin in the mountains, but not difficult to get to. Neal was really friendly and helpful. The Cabin is so cool with a lot of cool little details. Rustic, with all the modern comforts. Highly recommend!!"

"We were in town for a wedding and this house was perfect! My little family, my parents and brother all had plenty of room to spread out. Very nice and new home with an amazing view of the lake! I am a germaphobe and had zero complaints about cleanliness. It was great, thank you!"

"Lovely basement apartment with lots of space and lots of thought into making it work for a family. Host was amazing and right on top of any issues. We will definitely be back next time we stay in Utah."

"Easy entry and cleanliness of home. Very nice neighborhood and neighbors. We were able to do many activities. Park for kids was two blocks away. We especially appreciated the use of the garage. A couple of minor issues: bathtub drained slowly in hall bath. A few lightbulbs were burned out. We had plenty of towels, shower products; I forgot to pack mine. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very clean and comfortable. If we come again, I would choose to stay in this house. "

"It was fun to be near the trail, fishing lake, and so many other things to do. The yellow-belly marmots are fun, too. They tend to be out in the afternoon and early evening and are about a 10 minute walk West on the paved lake trail in front of the house."
