"We had a wonderful stay in Eugene. The house was exactly as advertised. We had 3 adults and a small dog and had way more space than we needed. But the location was fabulous, the house was clean, the water pressure was great, and the communication with the host was fast and responsive. Would stay here again. "

"Really great rental, inside and out. Great views. Wildlife. Saw many turkey and deer. Quiet. Perfect condition with comfortable beds. Great kitchen. Very nice bathrooms. Lots of light. Fantastic decks all around. I think the listing warned it pretty well, but the only downside for certain people would be the number of steps to climb from the street to the front entrance. But that's what makes it the tree house! Steps could be lit a bit better for night climbing. Awesome place!! "

"This was a pretty good staty. Eugene is odd , in that the dowtown is pretty spread out, so this is pretty close to a lot of things. We were able to walk to Ninkasa Brewing for dinner, so that was really nice. The place was clean, and the beds were comfy. The only issue we had was, that when we got there it was 50 degrees in the unit, and when we turned the heat on, with her instructions, it would blow cold air.
