Welcome to Lakeview Haven, a uniquely shaped A-frame cabin that rests on a gorgeous hillside overlooking Beaver Lake and War Eagle Cove. Nestled amongst the trees, this cabin feels private and romantic, but with easy access to all the amenities of Springdale, Rogers, or Fayetteville. Enjoy relaxing on the wrap-around deck where you can view abundant wildlife. Access to Beaver Lake is simply a 2 minute drive, or a 10 minute hike down the road where you will find perfect beach access to launch kayaks and paddle boards.

Seamless experience, beautiful property!

We loved our stay at this A-Frame on Beaver Lake! The host was very responsive and had great communication with us before, during and after our trip. The property is absolutely stunning, private and magical. We enjoyed restful nights in, beautiful sunsets while grilling on the fabulous deck and only a short drive from many hot spots like Fayetteville & Eureka Springs. We felt we got a great value and would absolutely recommend this host and this stay.

Diamond in the rough

Nice little clean scenic cabin. Definitely a nice little get away. Far enough from town, but not too far. Our family went to a big college game and it was nice place to lay our heads after a big day of tailgates and football. Will probably stay longer next time to enjoy the lake. 5ā­ļø

Charming A Frame

Two beds upstairs is similar to a standard hotel. No bathroom by the beds, so you may have to make a trip down the stairs in the middle of the night! But everything about house was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had been updated. The deck is a real bonus with a beautiful view. Iā€™d definitely rent here again - even if itā€™s a winding trip to find the house. The deer all around the woods made it worth it!!

Nice quiet weekend place

Pros: Very nice clean house, beautiful woodwork, nicely furnished. Comfortable king bed. Nice amenities, quiet area. Love the deck that surrounds the house. Comfortable deck seating and a picnic table for dining outside. Enjoyed listening to the kids' camp across the lake as the kids laughed and swam. Sat outside and enjoyed nature. Owner is very nice and easy to contact. Not really "Cons" but just a couple things to consider: Dont know what it is like in the winter months, but in the summer, the beautiful lush tall trees cover a great deal of the view of the lake, which was the whole reason why we selected this house, but we could still see a small slice of it and it is beautiful. If you are coming for the lake view, wait until the trees shed leaves. You cannot bring more than one vehicle as there is no driveway, only a slice of space to park in front of the house. The road to the house is a single lane gravel and on the mountainside. There is a nice guide left by the owners with restaurant info. Google/look up where you are going before heading out., which we didnt do until we realized that several places are only open during the day (not for dinner) and one place (Saddlebock Brewery) was permanently closed, which we didnt know until we had driven the whole way there. I do recommend this house. Especially if you are looking for rest and quiet. We would stay here again but we would be better prepared next time in planning our trip.

Beautiful & peaceful getaway

One of the best cabins we've stayed in - from coziness to cleanliness, location, and amenities. Love that this cabin has a full kitchen with all the tools you need. Loved watching the sunrise over fog and the wildlife.

Beautiful cabin with a wonderful view. The fully equipped kitchen was so helpful. The exterior was well lit and the property access felt extra secure with the personalized door code. My partner and I left relaxed and recharged. What more could you ask for from a weekend getaway.
