Our place is a super spacious, bright, happy and very comfortable 2 bedroom / 1 bath apartment in the heart of Springdale! You will be so happy you didn't choose a cramped hotel room as soon as you walk into this place! I can't tell you how many times I've heard "wow this place is even bigger than I thought!" from our guests.
We are travelers too and very much appreciate clean, comfortable and well stocked places! So we definitely do everything we can to ensure that our guests feel at home here!
Our rental features two bedrooms each appointed with a queen size bed, always nice and clean linens and 4 pillows each bed, night stands and reading lamp. There is also a quaint open closet space in each room to hang your clothes and stash your bag. The sizable bathroom has a shower/bath combo and a toilet. The double sinks and mirrors are separate from it so that no one gets stuck waiting to brush their teeth before you leave for your adventure! There are nice bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, a hairdryer, BAMBOO toilet paper, bandaids, shampoo, conditioner and body wash all provided. We do what we can to make you feel at home and covered!
Our full kitchen keeps it simple, but we've made sure it is stocked with everything you need. There is a full sized stainless refrigerator, oven and micro hood, dishwasher, dishes for 6, plenty of glasses, simple baking wares, spatulas, wine cork, knives, scissors, blender, a drip coffee maker and a french press (for those like me that prefer it). We stock dish cloths, towels, soaps and garbage bags. Some spices (but we keep it very basic). There is seating for 6 at the large concrete bar. Our kitchen and living room share a generously sized open room with 8 windows for you to enjoy the views of Zion!
We have newly added a queen size (NO springs, memory foam) hide-a- bed couch to go along with our super comfy couch. Oh yes, plenty of seating here. This allows for us to accommodate another 2 guests. ***Please let us know at time of booking if you will need the use of this so that we can leave extra sheets, pillows and towels. They are not always keep in the apartment. There is a small extra charge for over 4 guests. Please feel free to contact Zabrina if you have questions or concerns though! We are here to help.
There are 2 smart tv's in our apartment. One in the living room and one in the 2nd bedroom. We have Directv and a DVD player and guests are welcome to log in to their Netflix, Hulu, Amazon etc. accounts on the smart tvs.
The easy to control thermostat for the heating and air conditioning is located in the hallway.
We can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in this super fun and convenient apartment.

Located in the heart of Springdale, you will be able to park and easily walk around to local restaurants, shops and the shuttle stop. Truly a fantastic location!

Great place in Springdale!
This was our base while enjoying Zion, an incredible park. The apartment was great - very spacious, very well maintained and great location in middle of this charming town. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Place to Stay
The rental is in the center of Springdale with restaurants, coffee shops and a bike shop within very close proximity. The rental is extremely clean, spacious and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying at this location.

Conveniently located, clean stay!
We had an amazing time staying here. It was clean, the kitchen has everything we needed to cook there, and they even had hiking sticks for use! As a heads up, the floors are very thin, so did you are a light sleeper, the upstairs.unit may keep you up.

The apartment is clean. Beautiful views. Very close to Zion. Has everything you need. Look around there were hiking sticks available that we didn't see until last day. Upstairs can get loud and you hear them. One bedrooms was very cold one was not cold. Great place to spend your vacation in Zion

The house was easy to get to, plenty of parking. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The host was very prompt in answering my questions. Great stay. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Great location, spacious
The location is fantastic. It's a 20-minute walk to the park entrance and there are good restaurants, coffee shops, a laundromat, gas station and grocery store right on top of you. There is a spacious full kitchen if you want to cook. We have 4 people and never felt crammed. There were a lot of thoughtful touches, plenty of living room seating, bikes for rent right outside and a shuttle stop on the street. Visit the candy shop next to the laundry mat! We could clearly hear the people upstairs, likely a family with kids, running around in the mornings, but it didn't negatively impact our stay. Even with crowds just outside our door at the bike shop, the noise didnt seem to travel into the apartment, and the solid blinds give you a sense of privacy. Host was responsive and welcoming. We would absolutely stay again.

Great place, great location, great hosts, super convenient to Zion
This is a wonderful apartment, right downtown in Springdale. Restaurants are in easy walking distance and the park shuttle is almost across the street. I've stayed in a number of vacation rentals and, in my experience, this may be the most thoughtfully designed and appointed place my family and I have stayed. The attention to detail is amazing and I'm a little surprised by how much I appreciated it! It made for a very comfortable stay. Zabrina was very communicative and helpful. Be aware that you truly are downtown; there's a bike rental business next door and the front windows look out on a parking lot and pizza restaurant. That said, the apartment was very quiet and peaceful and since we were in the park all day, being in the heart of things was all upside for us. I'd rent here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing place & hosts
Beautiful apartment, were upgraded to the 3 bedroom by our hosts. They had great communication from initial booking all the way through our stay. Kitchen was well stocked, more so than other places we've stayed. Everything was very clean, great instructions for anything we needed. Location was excellent: close to Zion entrance, as well as many restaurants and shops. Thank you!

Really great property super close to the entrance of Zion. Lots of space, well stocked kitchen. If I had any negatives it would only be that you can hear whoever is staying in the upstairs unit, but that’s part of being in a lower unit, don’t let that stop you from staying here!!

Fantastic location and accommodations
Loved our time in Springdale! The Aloha house was perfectly located- being right downtown with an easy walk to restaurants, grocery store, shuttle and Zion park (only 1 mile walk). Loved the open concept of living room and kitchen. While it had only 1 bathroom it was a great size and had two sinks with a large counter space outside the shower/toilet area. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, lots of extra blankets to use for cold nights, many outside chairs to enjoy the scenery and night life. Will definitely be back!

Overall, this was an excellent stay. They cleanliness was absolutely pristine. We went to Zion and used the Springdale shuttle across the street at Zion Bank to easy access the park. Communication was fast and responsive. Treat this property with respect and many more guests will continue to enjoy and have a great experience.
