"We stayed here while in town for a wedding. We had 13 adults and one child. This is such a neat old house with so many cool features. We had a fun time exploring the house and admiring the unique features like the Jefferson doors to the porches, the old coal dump, and all the super cool antiques in the home. "Nice little cozy and convenient place to stay! Definitely better then a hotel room but i didnt realize it was someones basement but it didnt bother me a bit you dont realize anyones above you with your own entrance in! "This property was truly gorgeous! House sits on 10 private acres with river access! Priceless! Views were beautiful, river was lovely and shallow, slow flow in front of home. "This is a beautiful property. We had little kids with us and they had a blast. There was so much for them to do from chasing fireflies at night to riding bikes down the driveway. The inside of the house is exceptionally clean and well taken care of. The host has it well stocked with all of the necessities, even lots of toys for the kids to play with. It was a wonderful week, full of laughter and good conversation in the most peaceful Space."

"The house was very clean and smelled so good! It was quiet and peaceful! The towels were large. The beds were very clean (my daughter, who is picky about the sheets she sleeps on, had no problem sleeping here). The muffins they left for us were a thoughtful idea and tasty! The air conditioning did a great job. It was a little different to get to the second bedroom through the first bedroom. The curtains that were there for privacy was a good idea! We would stay here again, gladly!"
