"We stayed here while in town for a wedding. We had 13 adults and one child. This is such a neat old house with so many cool features. We had a fun time exploring the house and admiring the unique features like the Jefferson doors to the porches, the old coal dump, and all the super cool antiques in the home. "We had a great stay and definitely putting on my list of places to stay again! I wasn't sure of staying in a tiny house because I didn't want to feel too cramped. "Direct and to the point. My wife and I travel quite a bit and generally stay in VRBO‘s this place is the nicest that we have ever stayed in. It’s very modern and the attention to detail amazes me. This is the second time we’ve stayed there and I’m taking pictures and notes as it’s going to help me build the cottage we want to build for ourselves. Highly recommend this location. "This property was comfortable with lots of little extras to make the stay pleasant. The location was a quick drive to Chambersburg to grab some groceries/carry out or to walk the rail trail. Or you can drive a little further to Shippensburg or Caledonia. "This home was truly the long weekend getaway of my dreams. It has all the coziness of a cabin weekend with modern amenities including a hot tub and sauna. "We celebrated our 10 year anniversary and rode the steam engine at EBT. We have other plans as well but skipped them to come back to the cottage and watch the birds, chill and enjoy no tv. Thy have everything you need in the kitchen pantry and bathroom which has a great shower head with lots of water pressure. There’s even tooth past. The towels were quality and the bed was nice too. They even had spices and oils for cooking. Loved that they had teas and coffee as well. Just show up and enjoy...
