Entire Beautiful Dog Friendly Home, 4 BR with King Bedroom Suite, 2nd King Size Bed in Upstairs Room w/a Twin. Separte Office, with futon, which creates the Perfect Remote Work Location. On a Golf Course w/ Screened Pool, Hot Tub, Outdoor TV, Firepit, BBQ Grill, & Large Fenced in Yard. King Master Suite w/Garden Tub and Shower. Two Separate Living Areas, Open Floor Plan, and Incredible Panoramic Views! Step outside and play a few holes or take a quiet walk.

Close to everything! Located in the heart of Florida's Adventure Coast! One mile from Weeki Wachee Springs, home of the legendary Mermaid Show! One mile from crystal clear, spring-fed, Weeki Wachee River, where manatees abound! Hiking, walking trails, bike trails, rafting, canoeing, kayaking, boating, beaches, & swimming. Tampa, home of the Tampa Bay Rays, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Busch Gardens, Downtown Riverwalk, Ybor City, and everything Tampa has to offer, is only 1 hour away. St. Petersburg and Clearwater are also only 1 hour away. Orlando and all its theme parks; Disney World, Sea World, Universal, etc., are only 1 ½ hours away. Cyrstal River, Homosassa, Tarpon Spring, Hudson, and Cedar Key are just 30 minutes away.

Dogs are welcomed, just let us know the the type of dog and weight prior to booking. (Below 50 lbs preferred but larger dogs may also be approved). Fence around the yard is vinyl and if pushed, it may break. No Cats (Allergies)

Setting is perfect for families and gatherings. No Loud Parties, but family get togethers are fine with prior approval.

Extended Stays (3 Weeks or Longer):
Complimentary Home Freshen-Up Includes; Bathrooms, Sheets Changed, Floors Vacuumed, Stainless Polished (No Dishes, Laundry or Heavy Cleaning), every 3 weeks. Just let us know when no one will be there for a couple of hours and we'll schedule it.
First 2 Freshen-Ups are Complimentary (Up to 6 weeks). Longer stays will require a minimum charge of $100. Please check before booking.

We had a great time!!
We visit Spring Hill often as we have a lot of family in the area. This home is just what we were looking for this past visit, the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and we all hope to become repeat visitors! They were very accomidsting to our family's needs and we truly appreciated their hospitality! Property is clean, relaxing and peaceful. Communication with the host was seamless! We highly recommend this home to others! Enjoy!!

Beautiful home
We enjoyed our visit, it was quiet. The only downfall was we could not enjoy the hot tub because it was dirty, with that said, the owner offered to send someone but we were all out and had the dogs there, we opted out of that. Overall it was great, I highly recommend the property, the owner was super easy to communicate with and it was well stocked.

Beautiful Home off the Beaten Path
This home was absolutely beautiful inside and had anything you could think of for the kitchen. There were plenty of towels as well as dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, and even shampoo, conditioner and soap! The screened in pool was our favorite part! I would have enjoyed the hot tub more if we went in a different season!! Vivian was very quick to answer questions and even offered to come out and help us with an electronics issue. The house was very close to shopping and Pine Island Park! We had a great time!

Home away from home
This is the best home that we have ever stayed at! Vivian provided everything that we needed- towels, toothbrushes, razors, kids bath toys, potty seat- you name it! The house was close to stores and restaurants and very easy to get to. The house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable! The communication between Vivian and I was perfect- what other host answers on the first ring! 10/10 for customer service. We can’t wait to book our winter get away here! Thank you SO much for sharing your home with us!!

What an incredible house. Haven't stayed at many VRBO's, but this one is by far the best set-up house we've been to. Vivian stayed in touch the whole time and everything went off without a hitch

Great Area
We felt at home,great spot to relax around the pool and hot tub . Watching the wildlife was a plus . Lots of shopping close by . Pool was too cool for old people lol . Some thing to add would be a lazy boy chair, again for old people . Thanks Dave & Sharron from Ontario Canada

We had a great time and were very pleased that it literally included every amenity of your own home and more. The wedding of our daughter was amazing and the space we had to prepare last minute touches were key!! Can’t wait to come back to our home away from home!

Home Away From Home
This property was perfect for our 2 week stay in Spring Hill. We were travelling with our yellow lab and the huge fenced in yard was truly a bonus. We had another couple stay a week with us and some other friends drop by, there was plenty of room.The layout of the house was perfect, everyone had their own privacy. Our hosts Vivian and John provided everything we needed, the house was fully stocked. The house is nicely decorated and spacious. It was fun to watch the golfers on the Oak Hills course directly behind us. We were also able to walk our dog on the golf course, we just opened the back gate and away we went. The yard also had a huge firepit that we enjoyed.The pool and lanai were very clean and awesome!. I just wish the weather was a little warmer (Feb 2-16), with the pool being unheated, it wasn’t used that much. The newly added hot tub made up for that though. A lovely addition to an already fantastic area in the lanai. I would highly recommend this property, our hosts were excellent in corresponding with us and wonderful to deal with. We felt very comfortable in our "home away from home". We had a great stay! Thank you so much Vivian and John

Came to Brooksville for my children's father's funeral
Sadly, my children's father passed away. Our oldest daughter lives in California and the youngest lives in Tampa. This house was perfect for our entire family to stay comfortably, celebrate his life and say goodbye. The house was beautiful, well equipped, very clean and had so many amenities. They made it so easy for us to check in and to make sure we had everything we needed. The fire pit and the swing in the backyard was just beautiful. They enjoyed the swimming pool and just everything about the house. Would highly recommend renting from this owner.

Just Fantastic
It felt like home away from home and the added touch was a basket of amenities and a stack new white washcloths, hand towels, bath towels we made good use the home. Our grandchildren came to visit everyday to swim in the pool.
