"we were there with some friends and we kept getting threatened because of our age probably but we assured them that we werent there for a party , they were saying they were gonna come out of nowhere to make sure we were 5 , she also added on to threaten us that if we left late she was going to keep our deposit money our whole stay the was bery uncomfortable and after we left they refused to give us part of our deposit back and although we cleaned the house they claimed that we left it dirty...

"Our stay was everything we expected. Very clean, kitchen well stocked to allow home cooking, games available for a rainy day, a huge tv. Easy access to caravan on a very well presented quiet site with easy access to all venues in Northampton."

"This was a beautiful house to stay in. Very homey, clean and spacious. The jacuzzi was a great touch. I would definitely book again but with others next time. It was a little pricey and big for me, husband and two under 2. I Would for sure recommend for 6-8 people. "

"Great property for a family or friend catch up. Doesnt have basic supplies like toilet rolls, salt pepper, oil for cooking but sainsburys is 2 minutes away."

"The place was lovely and was well kept and so on however , we chose this property due to they stated no children and so on would be there but other guests has a new born and a toddler with them that was screaming and crying for most of the night witch kept us up "

"Small but cosy annex. Kettle, mugs, tea, coffee etc provided. Bed comfortable. Only useful for short stays as no kitchen facilities but plenty of pubs and eating places a short trip away. We stayed for 4 nights and managed with no problems. Would recommend."

"We stayed over the Christmas period with all of the family and the house was just perfect. Sarah and Kim were there to greet us and made us feel very welcome. The house was decorated for Christmas and was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. The house had everything we needed, a formal room where we could all be together and also lots of cosy snugs. The grounds were also well kept and we enjoyed walking around the garden. Would highly recommend the house to anybody wishing to find somewhere...

"The good: The location is excellent. The host was wonderfully kind and accommodating. The farm setting is beautiful with sheep, horses, birds and dogs. There is lots of storage in the property. The bed was very comfortable. The price is also quite fair. The bad: No central air and there is heat that must be lit with a fire starter. We needed both heating and cooling during our stay. The fridge is small and there is no freezer. The cooker must also be lit with a fire starter (we didn’t try it)....

"Property is very grand and well maintained. There is some work going on in the grounds at the moment but that doesn't detract from the way it looks or is presented. Rooms in the paddock annex are nice but wifi was lacking which wasn't ideal as we were there for work purposes. Only other downside, is that the food choices are either high end or the bar menu which itself is limited. There needs to be more a mid-range restaurant option in my opinion. Overall a lovely hotel and would definitely...

"Stayed here for an event in Silverstone and it was great from start to finish. I was able to check in early, for free which was a life saver. All staff I came across were polite and always smiling. The rooms were comfortable and the beds a great size. The shower was a dream too!"
