"The property was a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable. It was awesome for the price they charge, but don’t expect extravagance. We stayed 1 night before heading to UVA. Just remember that when you buy beer, you get beer… when you buy champagne, you get champagne. You don’t want to pay for beer and get champagne…."

"Small room too much furniture. Very clean. Nice firm bed and soft bedding. Small microwave. Mini fridge. Hard to find front desk, you have to go inside where the restaurant is to find front desk. Friendly staff. Free and lots of parking. It's two hotels in one with bar restaurant. Continental breakfast. Eggs, cereal, French toast, bacon/sausage, sausage gravy n biscuits, cottage cheese, yogurt, muffins. Breakfast until 10am. "

"Everything was nice for the price"

"This Motel 6 is under new management. They are clearly eager to make sure to take care of the property. The room was very ordinary but it was very clean, especially the bathroom, and it was just what was needed. I ended up arriving earlier than anticipated. So while they did have a clean available room, I was a little disappointed that I was charged a small early check-in fee. Overall, though, happy I stayed there."

"nice property, far away from everything. Large mid century ranch with plenty of room / all the amenities you need. As noted in other reviews, wireless service and internet / wifi was spotty but I would return. 90 minutes from DC"

"The room smelled like mold and cigarettes even though it was supposed to be nonsmoking, the walls are so thin that any conversation a person in a neighboring room is having can be heard. And the only heat source was some kind of AC wall unit that literally started smoking when turned on. When I told the owner about the fire hazard he completely dismissed me and actually laughed at my concern. Do not stay here."

"The apartment itself was spacious and clean. We arrived after dark. We could not see the address on the house because no lights were on the front porch or in any window. The steps going down to basement apartment were not lighted because the switch inside the apartment was turned off. These problems can be solved by simply turning lights on for people arriving after dark."

"Overall it was a great stay! The owners even came and introduced themselves and made everything very accommodating. The ONLY issue we had was the listing said two bedrooms and there is only one actual bedroom but we made it work with the pullout sofa. I recommend this home for sure!"

"Beautiful accommodations on a farm with cattle. Beautiful scenery. The hosts were friendly and available as needed. We had plenty of room for my husband and I and our 2 daughters. "
