"Had a nice 4 night stay here. The apartment is fairly basic but it has everything that you need for 2 people. AC, kitchen appliances, large shower perfect for washing bathing suits, outdoor faucets for rinsing scuba gear. There's a small beach right next to the property, mixed sand and rock with some so-so snorkeling. Close to everything you need on the west side of the island."

We were successful due to the help of some of the locals. During our conversation was told that the house as trashed During a party mor than a week before our arrival, further more they told me that even without the damage done during the party that the house is run down and seriously in need of repairs and should not even be available to rent. "We had 7 adults and 4 kids (1-5). Big yard was awesome for kids to frolic, build castles, chase the local chickens, etc. Great snorkeling right off the property's beach. The beach is very rocky and lots of coral, so I recommend renting the property's snorkel gear that included hard sole boots. It makes it much easier to wade out the reefs."

"My family and I absolutely loved our stay in Cayman Brac. We were able to relax and enjoy the villa as well as the island itself. The house was well equipped and they provided several different caves, restaurants, bike rentals, and other amenities to us! Our favorite restaurant was the Tipsy Turtle Bar, the staff was amazing and the food was delicious! We also enjoyed the pool, snorkeling, and time in the sun. We will definitely be back! "Perfectly situated with the Caribbean right at your doorstep. Meticulous attention to cleanliness both inside and out. Interior appointments are more than was expected And it is light and airy with an open design. Outside, the grounds are manicured and there is a freshwater shower, dunk tank for divers and a large deck embellishes the front side of the home with unsurpassed views particularly situated for sunsets. The owners are warm, friendly, and accommodating. One cannot ask for more."

"My day was very restful a quiet. It would've been nice if the beach would have been cleaned up. There's a large burn pile that needs to be burned. It seemed that no matter how hard I try to take a picture of the burn pile seemed to be in the way. Overall, I have no complaints."
