Pet friendly near parks and hospitals

Pet friendly, close to the beautiful Manito Park and Cliff Park, Parks Cottage is 3 minutes from Sacred Heart Hospital, Children's Hospital, and Deaconess Hospital. Nestled into the gorgeous and historic south hill neighborhood, the cottage is walking distance to grocery stores, friendly pubs and fine dining.
Parks Cottage has two beautiful bedrooms with queen memory-foam hybrid beds, plus an office furnished with a desk and futon that folds out to a double bed. The dining area includes a large solid table that seats up to 10 and a game table with chess and checkers pieces. Our updated kitchen is fully equipped for meals grande or petite. The basement is unfinished but does include a brand new washer and dryer at your disposal, along with an unfinished but usable bathroom.

Stay at parks cottage
My family enjoyed our stay. Great location and the house was clean and stocked with everything you may need. Plenty of room for a family of 4 and it was a great bonus to be able to bring our dog.

I have stayed at this property before and love the location, cleanliness and ease of booking. Well stocked home (games, kitchen items, coffee station etc). Would love to stay here again! Sorry this is so late - had a family emergency with my sister that has consumed all of my time the last few weeks.

Amazing Stay
This is probably one of the best short term rental stays I've had. The house is really clean and well decorated. You can tell the owners thought everything through. I love the hotel/spa like linen choices. Everything is so clean and I love it. Oh and the house has AC, which is amazing because my hubby and I both run hot. Highly recommend

It was an overnight stay but it was a nice one as the location was prime to the area, An older building with a few noises in the floor when you walked, but also a beautiful older home that fit our needs and was well stocked on amenities. Thank you so much for being there....

Super Adorable Home in Great Location
We came to Spokane for my brother's wedding this past July. OMG it was so very hot in Spokane- nearly 100 degrees each day! But this house had such amazing AC and amenities the heat barely affected us. This house was just so CUTE!! And the hosts were so sweet and accommodating. We arrived to a basket on the counter with treats, wine and fresh flowers in it for us. They also provided snacks and bottles of water which were much appreciated in the heat. If I remember correctly, there was even a bag of ice in the freezer. The downstairs unfinished basement bathroom was pretty interesting, but my parents ended up using that one and said they actually liked the privacy of being downstairs. It is an older home, but you can tell the owners have put a lot of work and care into fixing it up and keeping the home adorable. We would stay here again for sure if the opportunity comes up!

Peaceful Stay
The house was very comfortable and welcoming after a long day of traveling. The fresh flowers and wine the host left was a nice touch! If I ever get over that way again, I'd definitely stay here again.

Great stay
The property was easy to locate and access. We enjoyed our stay. It was very hard to pull in and out of the driveway on a fairly busy street with the neighbors parking in their yard blocking the view of oncoming traffic. The lighting in some of the bedrooms were hard to see but manageable with sunlight. The 2nd bathroom is in the unfinished (concrete) basement with nothing else. After reading closer the listing does say that but I missed it when I had booked it. Overall, the house was neat, stocked, and pretty clean.

Clean and comfortable home
We enjoyed our stay. It wasn’t a fancy, new home but it made up for it with lots of special touches: a bottle of wine, snacks, bottled water and creamer in the fridge, toys and dishes for the dog, plenty of towels and toilet paper and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this home. The owner was very responsive.

Great getaway cottage
When we pulled up to the address, we were surprised to see that the home had a "For Sale" sign in front which threw us off. It would have been nice to know in advance. Also, it was hard to get in the home. The door handle was backwards. Instead of pulling down you need to pull up to open the door. Other than that, the home is very welcoming, clean and nicely decorated. The fresh flowers were a nice touch! It is located in a great neighborhood and perfect area to walk your dogs.
