Welcome to the "Terrace Lakeview Getaway" Cabin 127 at Bridges Bay Resort. This property comes with SIX daily passes to the Boji Splash Waterpark and Outdoor pool included in the nightly rate. The home is conveniently located across the road from the common area Pool. This updated modern cabin has all the comforts of home and stylish decor. The home's second level offers a master bedroom with King sized bed and on-suite bathroom (walk-in shower) with walk-in closet. The second private bedroom offers a Twin over Full Bunk Bunk across the hall from an additional guest bathroom with bathtub. The third semi-private bedroom provides a queen bed with beautiful prairie and lake views off the second level deck. Enjoy your morning coffee off the terrace deck and easy access to the backyard down the staircase. On the main level you will find a half bath, fully stocked kitchen with solid surface countertops, breakfast bar, and a pantry. The breakfast bar sits four and the dining room table seats six. The living room offers tranquil views, tons of natural light, and additional flex sleeping space. There are smart TVs in the living room and two private bedrooms. The garage offers parking for two, basketball, and additional outdoor games.
Washer and dryer with detergent is located in the hallway closet for your stay if needed. Just across the bridge you will hit Broadway Street in Arnolds Park offering Restaurants, Bars, Live Entertainment, Orbitz Mini Donuts, Tropical Snow Cones, Arnolds Park Amusement Park, the Iconic Nutty Bar Stand, Shopping at the Emporium, and so much More!
Within a few miles you will find grocery stores and convenience stores to stock up for your stay. Bridges Bay Resort offers an updated outdoor swimming pool, indoor water park, zipline, Braccos Restaurant and The Waterfront Bar and Grille. Multiple swimming pools are placed throughout the resort campus, a gym and family arcade are just some of the activities you can enjoy during your stay. Reminder this is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed. You will find boat parking across the street from the basketball courts.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available or under construction (notice will be given by Okoboji Vacation Company).
