"We were a group of 7 ranging from 24-86 & a dog - the cottage was an absolute home from home. Downstairs bathroom & bedroom meant my mum with mobility issues was comfortable. The tiled floors downstairs mean no worries about dirty feet and paws. The house is comfortable & homely, you don't feel like you are treading on eggshells as everything is well used (in a good way) so you're not scared about touching anything! It feels warm &relaxing. 5 mins drive to Bidford with takeaways and Co-op....

"My 2 daughters and I had such a special holiday staying in The Stables, it was everything I had hoped for and more. Liz & Alan made us feel so welcome, they are such lovely people. The cottage was bright, warm, comfortable and had everything we needed and the welcome basket and milk were very much appreciated. "Property is a cosy, classic cottage set back in a quiet location. Beautiful courtyard to enjoy morning coffee/evening drinks. Skipper the host was amazing, very helpful and accommodating. Lovely touches like fresh flowers, fresh fruit, wine and bread. The cottage was spotless: comfy beds and furnishings. "A nice relaxing weekend stay. It was a bit dissapointing that the spa was too busy we couldn’t get any treatments, and there were not enough beds around the pool, people would leave for hours at a time with their belongings on them this could be monitored. The pool side area could definitly do with an uplift. The overall vibe was relaxed though and the hotel staff were lovely. The food was a really good standard although the menu was limited. A good stay for the price we paid! "
