"We stayed in the metropolitan room which was really nice. The room is larger than your average hotel room. The spaciousness and totally separate bedroom with a door gave it a very homey environment. The bathroom is very large with a very large tub and large separate stand-up shower with beautiful granite bathroom counters. I only found two things in this room that I did not appreciate. The bathroom vanity lights we're so dim, you had to turn on all the other lights just to get enough light...

"This is a very nice property. I really appreciate the exceptional cleanliness. While the room was big city small it was very comfortable and well appointed. There was a very modern bathroom with rainshower. The location is a block from Pike Place Public Market and walking distance to an incredible variety of restaurants. "The property was beautiful old world style, spacious room and very clean. The bathroom could do with an upgrade, I dislike shower curtains amd would prefer a sink in the bathroom, not outside. I would also like teaspoons and milk in the room instead of timber stirrers and powder creamer. I think this would be more 5 star. On the whole a lovely hotel, good service and clean. Although they did lock us out of our room 5 minutes before we were due to check out..a little annoying. Would recommend...
