"Very unsafe. The place is above a garage like a beach house and when first going there the stairs are loose and rotting and railing is loose as well. When getting inside the floors feeling like they are going to fall in and have my soft vertigo and I started to get dizzy and I don't have it. It really was bad! Then we inspected below the garage and you can see a horrible fix where the floors did fall through! Also my soft could see me walking through the place. That is how thin the floors are!...

"Economy, but familiar.Housekeeping needs to improve, Window blind, next to the table in the kitchen needs to be replaced. Can't close it fully. Loved the Shower and the Sliding barn door, leading into the bathroom. But, it's also a tight fit for a larger person. Stairs are almost too high of treads, and the hand rail needs to be anchored to the floor. The Trip hazard needs to eliminated. Two different colors of tile is not the answer.
