"Great property manager, great communication! Property is clean and accommodating (especially for my mom who uses a wheelchair/walker due to bad knees. Only downside is the neighborhood was a little questionable… my mom heard what sounded like gunshots going off 2/3 nights she stayed. However, nothing else scary or questionable went on. So could have been a fluke! Overall, it’s a good place to stay for the price! "

"Overall, a very good stay, but some enhancements would have made it better. We had an issue with a carbon monoxide detector on Christmas Day that was resolved quickly and professionally. The property manager is very responsive. The premises are fine, but the location of one of the bathrooms away from the bedrooms was strange. The kitchen is not as equipped as indicated in the listing e,g, limited cutlery, plates. There was no laundry detergent and two dishwasher pods which was expected based...

"Property was very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. My family lives nearby, and we only needed a place to sleep and shower, so it was perfect for 4 adults. The water pressure in the shower is amazing! There is only one small TV in the living room. We did not get any check-in information ahead of time, (maybe this is normal), although the host responded very quickly to our questions. Would definitely stay there again! "

"I truly don’t know where to start with this beautiful place.I messaged the host before I came that I was using the space to host 5 of my closest friends for my 25th birthday and to cook them a 3 course meal from scratch. The host was prompt, kind and informative. When we arrived we had already packed everything we needed to cook but to our suprise when we arrived the air b n b was not only stunning but had everything you could possibly need! Dog leashes and bowls, artisan knives, ceramic serving...

"We were in town for a tournament at the convention center and looking for something walking distance. This was perfect! Less than 5 min walk. The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! My only suggestion is that the outside of the place was difficult to find - possibly a photo of the entrance would help! But once we found it, the rest of the stay...

"Nice apartment within a larger old building. Perfect for our evening out. We did dinner at Rappahannock (2 blocks away) and a show at The National (5 or 6 blocks). And best part was the walk up pizza place across the street. We got a couple slices at 12:30 am on the way back home. No issues with this place. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was adorable, very clean and nicely stocked! Lisa had so many nice touches that made us feel very welcome! Our check in and check out went very smoothly and we would definitely recommend this cottage if you are visiting the Richmond area!"

"I lost power at my house and needed a place to stay and was able to book a room for $76, which was a great deal considering it provided a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. Staff was good and the room was clean. My only issue was that the TV remote was dead. I exchanged it for a good one but it still didn't work on the TV. I could power "on" the TV on the set, but there was no way to change the channels from the home screen on the TV itself."
