"We had the best time! We spent a lot of time sitting outside and were also able to easily take in the beautiful view while inside on the couch. The house was clean and a perfect size for the 5 of us. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. It was a good location for a weekend in Greenport and/or the wineries. "We had a great stay here! We rented the house for a bachelorette party for the weekend and it was absolutely perfect. Everywhere we wanted to go was within a 5-10 minutes drive. The house was spotless and decorated very nicely. Even with a small hiccup, the host was very responsive and took care of it in minutes. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to future friends!"

"I highly recommend this house. It is lovely with lots of windows and high ceilings. It is new, spacious and exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed. The location is great with the beach a quick 3 minute bike ride away. Alex is a great host, very responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying here again in the future."

"We could not have been more happy with our stay. My wife and I were able to work and vacation here with our 14 and 11 year olds and our 2 year old pup. The property is immaculate and the pool and covered porch is everything. Management was incredibly responsive. And we are 100% looking at calendars for another extended stay next summer."

"We had a terrific stay at this large rambling house. Upstairs has four bedrooms, two baths and two TV rooms. It’s great for extended families. Downstairs has a large dining room, kitchen, TV room, pool room, and en suite with a side room attached to it which I used as an office. 1&1/2 baths downstairs. Very convenient to the water across the street, large backyard, and lots of toys and things for the young kids. Also kayaks and bikes. Very well stocked with all the essentials."
