"Visting our daughter from the US while she studied at UCT just a mile away. Open right up out back to the Table National Park, 15 minutes from some great Vineyards that also had restaurants, easy to downtown, beaches and out to the more Wildlife attractions. "This beautiful cottage was beyond our expectations. Well decorated with all the appointments. It was so nice to arrive late from the airport to a bottle of wine and fresh flowers. "Listing stated that the home is 8557 square feet. That is not true, Listing also stated that the home has 3 baths. That also is not true. The method of drying clothes is by using a clothes line behind the home which also gets sprayed by the lawn sprinklers multiple times a day. Home does not have Air Conditioning and was too hot to sleep with windows closed. Home also has a pool which attracts insects which left us and our friends covered in bug bites each morning."

"The property Is in an excellent position and has a lot to offer BUT it needs a lot of TLC The patio door is unsafe as it frequently comes off its runners when opened which could prove a major problem .Also the upstairs bedroom windows were very difficult to open causing the bedroom to be like an oven at night time. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable holiday."

"The Newlands Peak Apartment was in a great location for us, within a short drive of the V&A waterfront and with safe secure parking. The cafe within the apartment was nice and there is another cafe across the road. We felt safe at all times during our stay. The security was excellent and the apartment itself was perfect, two good sizes rooms with all the amenities and moderm with good WiFi. Woudl recommend."
