"Couldn't have asked for a lovelier stay. The Heather pod was an excellent base for our adventures around the west coast, and a gorgeous spot to settle down with a book and a cup of tea after a long day's walking. Kate is a great host, and the pod was cosy, comfortable and spacious. The setting is great for nature lovers too - we could hear warblers, whitethroats, snipe and more from the pod porch, and even had an encounter with a pine marten during our stay. "You are staying on a boat on land however it was modernised with flushing toilets and hot water and heating. Hosts Lynette and Angus were lovely and could not do enough for us, loved our welcome treats and nice touches throughout the boat. Perfect for a couple with medium size dog. Would give Hope to be back again. Thank you for the amazing stay "

"Stayed for five nights amidst our month of Scotland travels. A bit away (hour or so drive) from most tourist locations if that's what you're looking for. Amazing restaurant a few miles away. Fiona and Andy were just great and had lovely neighbors. Helps to gather groceries in Oban before coming in. Lots of sheep! Didn't get to the BBQ but its a great option!"
