"Very pleasant stay and very accommodating host. Property looked just like in the pictures. Quiet property and friedly neighborhood. Street parking but there was always a spot right by the house. Our dog was with us and enjoyed his stay too! Our host was very responsive to our questions. Check in was easy! We'll definitely consider staying here again when back in Philly!"

"We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...

"Nice 4 bed/4 bath option. Clean. Location was convenient to see the historical sites in Philly. Very convenient to have a garage as on street parking is slim pickings!!! Wonderful rooftop area!! Owner notified us ahead of time that, due to heavy rains, the townhouse had a leak. The roof was replaced, but they were still working on acquiring new replacement furniture. "Amanda was a gracious and lovely host.Her house is a home away from home.The decor is beautiful, she had everything we needed and it was walking distance from a few restaurants,an AMAZING Pie Spot called Susie’s Pie and Coffee Shop(you MUST GO IF YOU BOOK HERE),as well as a supermarket and Wawa.Her backyard was our favorite spot to conjure after our outings.We hope to rebook here again!"

"Stay was amazing, neighbors are loud and dogs bark throughout the night but this place is definitely a hidden gem.. there is a corner store across the top of the street which was convenient but the only downside was that there were indeed flies flying around a bit frequently as well as dead flies on the basement ground other than that this was an amazing stay for me and my family and we’d visit again "

"O hotel, no geral, é de razoável para bom, especialmente para estadias mais curtas, porém o serviço da recepção é confuso e pouco preocupado com o cliente. Fiz a reserva de dois quartos com café da manhã. No momento de tomar o café a atendente Terria Willians, de forma bastante descortês e grosseira, afirmou que minha reserva não incluiria o café. Argumentei mostrando a reserva, a qual ela não mostrou interesse em ver, informando que o que valeria era a informação do computador recepção. Após certo tempo de diálogo, e muito a contragosto, ela admitiu que minha reserva tinha já incluso o café da manhã. Já no dia de hoje recebi uma nota fiscal de outro cliente do hotel em meu e-mail, o que reforça o pouco cuidado com as informações dos hóspedes."
