"Surrounded by nature without visible neighbors, it was great to sit on the porch listening to the creek running and birds chirping while we drank our coffee. Didn’t get use the fire pit but the area looked great with plenty of wood to burn."

"Relaxing weekend. Husband and I and our pup had a great time hanging out. Hot tub was a great perk of this property. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet getaway."

"We had 8 couples get together for the weekend, and this was the perfect spot for us. So much space, multiple living areas, more than enough beds, and lots of things to do. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna during the chilly weekend. Super unique spot, would definitely recommend. "

"This was absolutely perfect for a weekend away with friends. The property has absolute privacy which made spending the evening in the hot tub very relaxing and fun. The hot tub fit 6 of us very easily and probably could have squeezed 8. The living room was big enough to accommodate all 6 of us comfortably and the setup was great for board games. "

"We stayed for my husband’s birthday weekend and loved the atmosphere of this cabin. It was great to be back away from the road in the woods, but also close to local places. The floors had obviously not been cleaned prior to our arrival, which was disconcerting off the bat. There was also no dish soap in the cabin and we had to go purchase some ourselves to ensure we didn't leave any dirty dishes. A few light bulbs were out, which was also a bit frustrating. "We looked around A LOT before booking and honestly, this was exactly what we were looking for! It’s off the road a little way, no neighbors. Also, the hot tub was the perfect addition to our snowy honeymoon! We enjoyed our visit and will be booking again! We enjoyed the games & DVD’s provided, everything worked and was very accommodating! "We could not have asked for a more wonderful place to enjoy a low-key Thanksgiving! The location is great - close to shops/coffee and all the main hiking trails. The hardest part was actually getting ourselves to leave the place as they have created a very cozy vibe. We will definitely stay at another box hop property again!"

"What a wonderful, amazing cabin, it was just as it was listed! Clean, great layout with a bonus of an arcade game in the loft, massage chairs in the living room, and It was secluded but only 16 minutes from a Walmart if you forgot something and only 7 minutes to the Hocking Hills state park which by the way was so beautiful in the winter! One of our favorite parts was watching deer with all the snow around while we enjoyed the hot tub. It also had a plenty of pots and pans and an ice maker, that...

"Stayed with my boyfriend and our dog and we had a great time! The property is BEAUTIFUL and our Newfoundland loved running around in the snow. The driveway was clear from snow and a great spot to see the stars! Location was nice as we were close to popular hikes like Old Man’s Cave and Ash Cave. Would stay again! "

"Great location right in the middle of Hocking Hills with close access to all the hiking trails. Hot tub was fantastic after a ling day hiking. 2 issues that we had were the strong smell of cigarettes in the cabin and the black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom"

"We stayed just for a weekend, but it was amazing. Very clean, great location, wonderful views, comfy and warm, great communication, everything we wanted!!!"

"The house was cozy and clean. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay for the weekend. The hot tub had a low water level which prevented us from being able to enjoy the tub the first night but the host was quick to respond to my outreach and remedied the issue right away! The second night we were able to relax in the hot tub! I would absolutely recommend staying at this property if you're looking to find a place near Hocking Hills!"

"Overall we had a great stay for the price. Breakfast included would’ve been great but it was nice that we could order food on site for dinner. The pool was too cool for our kiddos which was a disappointment as it was one of the reasons we picked this hotel. The hot tub was also closed so we couldn’t try to get warm from the pool. "
