"The condo was so clean, in a perfect location and had lots of room for three adults. James was an amazing host, he replied to questions very fast and was extremely accommodating. We wanted to stay longer, however we had other plans. This is definitely a great place for a large group and a long stay - so comfortable with all the amenities. Thanks again James!"

"Loved that the Farmers Market was across the street. I met a high school friend at Botanic Gardens and could easily walk. We walked to the bakery on the corner in the morning. We checked out late, because I was confused and thought we were booked for another night; the owner was great and said we could book another night, but we didn’t end up needing to. The only amenity we would have liked was a stove top or hot plate to create something warm to eat during the rainy weather. Loved all the...

"Very nice accomodations. Loved the kitchen. Bathroom very nice. Enjoyed the decor, building, and neighborhood.Parking was a bit challenging due to construction at a property down the street. This is obviously a temporary situation. Walking distance to City Park, National Jewish Health (my reason for visit), Sprouts market ( my favorite groc).Enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others!Sushi Bay (across the street) was very good."
