"We used this property to attend a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater which is about a 15 minute drive. This property is near Sloan Lake which has a beautiful walking trail. This property has plenty of restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops near by. The property is clean and comfortable. We are 100% satisfied!!!"

"Cute attic apartment! The queen size beds were very comfortable and everything was really clean. Perfect size kitchen for coffee and snacks. Space was bright during the day and the blinds kept the light out in the morning. The neighborhood was quiet and the parking was easy."

"It was a bit nostalgic. It made me think of places we might stay on road trips with my parents when I was a kid.The location was great for activities we had planned. No long drives."

"This was a great fun place for a girls weekend. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Good AC. Very nice neighbors and complex. Good price and deal. About a mile walk to larimer square and 16th Street and LoDo. Plenty of cheap Uber if you don't want to walk or use the lime scooters. "

"Great little apartment. Easy to Lyft anywhere we wanted to go, even Red Rocks Amphitheater. Host very responsive, brought more coffee pods when we asked for more. Clean, nicely decorated. Would stay again. "

"James' apartment is in an ideal location in downtown Denver, and is close to numerous restaurants, parks, sports venues, museums, the Civic Center, and many other places worth visiting. The apartment is as clean as any we have rented. It is in a quiet and secure part of Denver, and on a high floor with great views. The host provided everything needed for our stay.
