"I'm a pretty patient and tolerant person and usually a big fan of the Fairmont, but this was probably the most disappointing stay I've ever experienced. The room we got looked nothing like the room I thought I booked online. It was clean but definitely needed an update. Ok so the hotel isn't fully renovated. I get it. I also get that the service might be a little slow since it's offseason, but I didn't expect to wait an hour from the time we put in a lunch order to the time it got delivered...

"This is the most perfect place to stay on the island. You are in the middle of everything. Just minutes from all the endless pink sand beaches your heart desires. Evening will overlook the best sunsets in Bermuda. And to top it off our host is the best. Went way over the top to make sure we were happy and had the best time. Truly a full hearted person. Definitely coming back!"

"Ms. Claudette welcomed me as I arrived. She showed me all the amenities and gave instructions on how to use AC and TV. This was a most pleasant stay with outside partial views of the ocean on 2 sides. I would definitely stay here again."
