"Everything was well stocked and cleaned. Great location to wander around! We enjoyed all kinds of different cups from the Butler's pantry. The whole group could sit together at the dining table. Depending on where you are sitting on the table, you might have a tight space to walk around someone to go back to the kitchen. There is no communal bathroom on the first floor. There are five bathrooms and you can always go back to your room to use your bathroom. It was actually nice to have your own...

"We had a really good time staying at the house."

"My mom and I stayed for Thanksgiving night. We arrived about 30 mins early and the host was kind enough to allow access. Good thing since we both needed the restroom after a long drive to get there. Thank you!!! We both brought our dogs, played games, ate Beechers Mac n Cheese, drank wine and stayed comfortably warm with the wood fire. Such a cute place, well equipped and easy to find. "

"Really nice cottage. Great location. Quiet. Langley is fun. Would go go back, but: I booked with VRBO, then got handed off to Vacasa as the property manager. Way more hoops to go through than any other VRBO booking I've done. They were responsive, but demanding. Maybe good for the owner, a pain for me. Next time I book with VRBO and get handed to Vacasa I will cancel. The cottage is really nice. "

"Our group of friends came over from Seattle to shop and meet up with a friend who lives on the island. The house was great; all the beds are comfortable, the house is immaculate, easy/ample parking, and the neighborhood is quiet and nice. We loved the little extras like extra blankets & towels, a fully stocked spice collection, and all the canoeing & kayaking decorations. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the instructions to take out the trash. The first "welcome" email included...

"We had a great stay in Oak Harbor and really enjoyed the water views and lovely back deck. Rooms were nice and location was stunning. The only drawback is that the kitchen is only equipped with very basic inventory, so would recommend bringing what you need if you plan to cook."
