"Loved the Villa overall, especially the shower and beds, but the unit was advertised for 6 people and there was no way you could sleep even one night on the pull out couch. An air mattress on the floor would have been more comfortable."

Of the many vacation rentals that we have experienced, this is by far the nicest rental from the property, surrounding, and owners/managers. The owners were on-site to attend to any issue, help start fires for marshmallows, light the wood-fired hot tubs and give directions to hikes, farm shares and fishmongers. "We spent a week on Cape Breton in this beautiful property for our first stay in Nova Scotia. The house is well equipped and has a high standard. This beautiful property has a view of the ocean and town of Inverness, while also being within striking distance of the Cape Breton Highlands National Park. "This was a great adventure. It might not be for everyone but it sure was for us. There is a bit of a hike to the yurt, which made for a peaceful and secluded stay. Andrea and Clay greeted us and showed us around the place which was beautiful. There is a river right out the door that we swam in, and the yurt was so cozy inside."
