"I recently stayed at this property with my daughter for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The location was conveniently accessible to the McCormick Center, where we attended a trade show, with Uber rides costing approximately $20 each way. We were very pleased with the neighborhood, which was clean, tree-lined, and had a youthful atmosphere. The proximity to a college and hospital meant there were many professionals in the area. "I was very happy with my stay here. It is right next to a bus stop that takes you to the blue line train, making it very easy to get around the city. I'd consider staying here again if I come back to Chicago."

"The condo was beautiful, comfortable beds, cute decor. Although we enjoyed the place itself, the location was not ideal, especially for a group of girls. We did not particularly feel safe most of the time. The surrounding people were not welcoming. Didn't feel safe walking around outside. Our uber drivers said we were about 4 blocks away from the troubled part of the west side. Too close for comfort."

"Communication with property management was exceptional. We even had an issue that was resolved at the location within a couple of hrs (toilet issue). Super cute place, seems like a new renovation. Good location - we felt comfortable walking during the day, maybe not at night (but only due to a coupe do blocks). There was some outside noise that carried on at night the first night, but nothing to note the second night. Overall, a great stay!"

"Thank you so much to these hosts. My family was in town during a very difficult time in our lives. These hosts provided us with a quiet, peaceful, and beautiful place to come back to and decompress. It was a short walk to several parks and other activities, plus the historical house were so neat to look at while we walked around the neighborhood. Bonus tip from the host about a farmers market on Saturdays with some of the best donuts ever!😊 100% will stay here again if we are back to the area. "

"I was very impressed with this rental. Everything was clean, well (and tastefully) furnished, and well-located. The ease of parking and the location are also some huge positives. "This property has great amenities and perfect location for exploring Chicago. The check in process was smooth and secure and the hosts provided everything you could need. Close to grocery stores & restaurants and less than 10 min from the Blue Line. My only complaint is that the walls are quite thin and we could hear the upstairs residents walking around until late into the evening which may disturb lighter sleepers. Otherwise I highly recommend this rental and would utilize it again. "

"The rental apartment is very cute and clean. When we had questions the owner was quick to respond. The house is in a beautiful scenic neighbourhood with excellent restaurants nearby. It is also close to the train station which we used daily to avoid parking in downtown Chicago. I would highly recommend this Vrbo to others "
