"Lovely clean property... absolutely loved it.. would like a clock but im a time person.. shower absolutely amazing... town center location stayed during england final didnt hear anything... only issue i had was booking.. i booked paid and didnt hear anything i called number which i advise do not call cost a fortune to brazil.. message and call the london number for apartment...spoke to a lovely lady.. think her nsmr was alexandra very helpful not had that for a while.. tv does not have normal...

"Everything was as expected it was cosy and convenient, near several pubs and shops and just a half hour bus ride into Oxford. We also used it as a base for Bicester, the British Motor Museum and the Aston Heritage trust! So much to see in Oxford and surrounds and this is a great place to stay! Very good value for money "

"Location was great and right in the centre of Newbury. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard. "

"We used all the facilities, tennis courts, lawn, pool and snooker table. For 6 adults and 1 toddler there was ample space. The pans, plates etc was plentiful everything you would need. For 6 adults the 1 toilet was a bit challenging at times! Lovely place and area to visit."

"Very spacious & perfect for what we needed. I was a little disappointed that the lift wasn’t in use as it makes life difficult with a baby. We received 2 emails with access codes on, I thought they were the same & that we hadn’t received the code for the carpark so contacted an out of hours number & the service was fantastic, sorted it within a couple of minutes. "Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "Muito ruim. Staff not too friendly. Cold food in breakfast. Room was to be for 4 people but we had 2 bath towels and the sofa bed was not ready for us. Once requested the towel, they gave to me 8 hand towel and gave to me the bed clothes to tidy up the sofa myself. If I’m sleeping in a hotel I want to get what I paid for. If is for me to do it, I stay at home and for free"
