Any hiccups were promptly taken care of. There was available parking in a pay lot just across the street, the one spot registered by the host, and even a couple of free spots outside towards the end of the block (they aren’t all free, so be careful)!The entertainment options were great; we played so many rounds of pool! "Excellent communication with owner. Fast, friendly and courteous. Located about 450 meter walk up a large hill from Penn Avenue (bus 88) which is about 35 minutes to downtown. Apartment showing its age but fair value for cost. "
