"The home and property were stunning! Perfect for our party of 10 (five couples, each got their own room). Large kitchen and living space was perfect. Large garage and long driveway comfortably fit our five vehicles. Communication with BranchVR was easy, they always responded very quickly. WiFi went down during our stay, we simply called the number provided and our problem was resolved in 10 mins. House had basic necessities provided. Would stay here again in the future! "

The only downfall during our stay was that we did not notice right away that there’s a leak on the ceiling in the living room, not until the heavy rain. It was manageable, though. "Our party of 14 stayed in this beautiful home for 3 nights in early November. The home was very spacious for us and never felt cramped. We especially loved the open layout and close proximity of game room to living room and kitchen. It allowed us to be in different communal areas but still be connected. The communication with the propriety manager, Julio, was great. He was very responsive throughout our stay. We had an issue with heating and he did everything he could to resolve the issue. I...

"The property was very spacious and great for our family gathering. Loved the 3 levels for different activities. Even though the house was in a neighborhood you didn’t see the other houses out the back, beautiful views! "

"Loved the condo. Location was great and the roominess was idea with space to escape from the group. The "table shuffleboard" was a hit! Short walk to the lake and to many restaurants. Would recommend lower unit for families with small kids to avoid foot noise from above."

"The dishes in the cabinet were greasy upon arrival. We had a leaking toilet, both shower heads were leaking, requiring someone from maintenance who came over but left behind used towels on the floor and a box of AA and AAA batteries. There was a build up of dust under the sofa and caked onto the furnace. The shower floors were peeling and cracked. We had a curtain that couldn't be closed in the kitchen, and one in the bedroom would not properly close that light always got inside. One of the TV...
