"We loved our stay here. The house was clean and well stocked. It was close to everything - shopping, Old Town, freeways and restaurants. The communication with the owner was great. We loved the neighborhood as well. It was such a nice stay- if we ever find ourselves in the Phoenix area again we will be staying here. "

"Perfect for my quick business trip in winter. Quiet unit. Comfortable with all the basic amenities. It was winter so I didn't use the pool but it looked amazing. "

"The property itself is a great location and very clean. Close to restaurants and grocery. When we arrived the property smelled horribly of marijuana. Carpets do need cleaned. "

"Like the convenient location. All communications were responded quickly. Everything is just like the photos posted. Two things I don't like about this place: the beds in some of the bedrooms and the living room sofa. If you like extremely soft bed and sofa, this house is perfect for you. "

"This property is well-cared for and is centrally located in west Scottsdale near the 101 and Shea. A greenway for walking and cycling is next door. One of the three pools is heated and one of the three hot tubs is just steps from the front door. Terri, the owner, was very responsive to questions and issues. This the second time that we stayed here and we hope to come back again."

"Loved the quiet but central location. The grounds are well taken care of. The unit itself was pretty clean but could use a new mattress, bedside lamp and a lick of paint… small kitchen was very functional though with all the provisions needed to make some eggs for breakfast… communication with property manager couldn’t have been any better! So responsive! Would definitely stay at this property again, but perhaps try a different room next time. Thanks so much!!"
