"We've stayed at this lake house for several years and it's always comfortable, clean and relaxing. The back porch is perfect for meals and fellowship and the lake side view is beautiful. We always enjoy using the kayaks and paddle boards. This trip we caught a few cat fish, shell crackers, bream and white perch while kayaking. Thank you Pat for another wonderful vacation! We look forward to returning in the spring!"

"My husband and I rented this house for our daughters, their spouses and my four grandchildren. This property is even more beautiful in person. Had all the amenities and more. We had the best time hanging out on the dock and riding out on Lake Gaston. We had a memorable time and would love to do it again."

"The Perch is an amazing rental comfortable beds, nice layout well stocked kitchen with even spices that u can use. Shampoo and soap included. Hairdryers in every bathroom! Nice towels, nice bedding. Spiders are a little bit of an issues in exterior area but I just swept most of them away. Perfect location with a Tiki Bar and Restaurant in walking distance. Amazing water views! "The house was very nice, well kept, and clean. It provided a great place for my family & extended family to enjoy the long weekend. We had a great time. The wood outside is beginning to deteriorate. "We’ve spent a decade on the Lake and we had another wonderful trip! THANK YOU to Mary who was a fantastic hostess from the very beginning – wildly responsive to messages, checked in on us every few days, provided recommendations in the area, and greeted us with flowers / coffee / chocolates at the house.
