SUNDAY check in ALLOWED!
Cabin In The Sky/Treehouse is located inside
Paradise Pointe which is gated & on a mountain at tristate corner of AL/TN/GA. Walk HIKING TRAIL to tristate corner. SHIP LADDERS, WIFI, TV, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, charcoal grill, rock climbing wall, slide etc. Paradise Pointe has 1 HuGe INDOOR POOL HOUSE with outdoor deck. 19 rentals has access to pool house. Basketball courts. ENJOY VIEW FROM BLUFF & POOL DECKS!

The Space:
Treehouse has an Indoor & Outdoor kitchen. 3 bedrooms- 1st floor has bathroom, bedroom 1/full bed-sleeps 2. Walk up SHIP LADDER to 2nd floor which has bathroom, bedroom 2/full bunk bed-sleeps 4, walk from bedroom 2 into bedroom 3/single bunk bed, sleeps 2, full bath on 2nd floor. Walk up SHIP LADDER to 3rd floor which has table & chairs. 1/2 bath & laundry room is near outdoor kitchen. TV in Living room/kitchen area. Charcoal grill & fire pit(we supply the wood)

Must climb SHIP Ladders to get to 2nd & 3rd level.

We supply starter kit which consist of 1 roll paper towels, 1 roll toilet paper per bathroom, 3 garbage bags per can, starter dish soap & starter hand soap. We supply linens & towels. If you need more towels there is a washer & dryer. We supply basic cooking utensils. There is not a dishwasher so we suggest you bring paper products for eating unless you like to wash dishes. We do not supply oil, salt, pepper or any food or drinks. We do not supply personal toiletries. If you break or damage anything during your stay you will be required to pay for it.

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE CABIN IN THE SKY/TREEHOUSE!

Smoking allowed outside only! Do not throw butts on ground!

Not Pet Friendly!

Cabin is for MAXIMUM of 8 guests. Upon approval we allow 2 extra guests for a fee of $40 per guests per stay. If you bring more than 8 guests & did not pay you will be required to pay after arrival or ask to leave.

Quiet Time 10 PM to 8 AM!!

Loved the animals, the pool, the hot tubs. Rental smelled like cigarettes and the agreement specifically stated no smoking.

The stairs are steep almost like a ladder, wouldn’t recommend for children or elderly. Very clean, beautiful views, and the owners are very friendly and responsive. Love the area.

Close to Home Vacation Destination
Been waiting to stay at this property/resort for awhile. Decided to take a staycation, but went about 8 miles away from home to do it! We stayed 4 days/3 nights and enjoyed the entire time. Daughter and I brought the kiddos/grands to kick-off Summer Break. Plenty of room for all 7 of us! Kids spent hours in the pool, playing on the baseball court, visiting the chickens, bunnies, horses and Billy goat! The property was stocked with enough dishwater, utensils, etc to cook most of our meals. We ate lunches in the outdoor kitchen area and dinners in the main kitchen. The equipment is modern and clean. Did not cookout on charcoal grill but it was convenient to the outdoor eating area. Loved the porch swing looking out over the river—very relaxing! The hot tub was a big hit and in the evening the “light show” was fun! Went down the mountain into South Pittsburgh/Kimball area for Mexican food one evening and it was an easy trip there and back. We are already making plans to return! Hoping to make this property/resort an annual destination! Great job Brent and Sylvia!

Beautiful views, quiet retreat.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The design and layout of the cabin is fun and you have a gorgeous view of Nickajack. A short drive to Chattanooga. The pool is very big and nice. Kids LOVED the rock wall and slide. Owner/Manager was very responsive and we had no problems.

Best weekend getaway
This was such a great place. Kids loved playing on the slide and rock climbing wall. The lookout at the top was so pretty! Great outdoor kitchen and place to relax in hottub and huge TV screen.

Relaxing Getaway
We had the best views and best time! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to unplug. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids. Along with the horseback riding and basketball. The ladder stairs could be a little problematic if you have younger kids, but our 8 and 13 year old loved it! We are already making plans of when we can come back.

Great stay @ Paradise Point Sky/Tree House - Hot tub with a movie on ground level, three-story cabin with breakfast nook and movie room on third level observatory, and a ton of great views and activities. If this wasn't enough the host took the time to deliver a gift surrounded by rose petals for our 13th anniversary upon arrival!!! You just can't beat this!! Loved it!!! Will be back!

This entire complex is simply incredible!!
This complex is a 10 out of 10 we will be back for sure. We loved the place! The outdoor cooking space and hot tub while watching TV and cooking was a huge hit! Only comment would be that if you have young children the Ships ladders are a concern. We would stay at another cabin until the kids are older. The view is amazing!! Super clean and well ran!!

Peaceful place with beautful views.
Loved this place! Pictures of the size online doesn't do it justice. We arrived late at night so we got a surprise of the view in the morning and it was absolutely beautiful. Our kids had a blast with all of the extra things this place offers. Cant wait to come back again and stay longer.

Beautiful stay!
The treehouse was so much fun! Our children and ourselves loved the rock wall and the slide. The property was very neat and clean. The inside pool was a great addition since the temperature was cold. The only concern was the stairs. They were very steep and high we knew before hand. We also had someone in a wheelchair so the ramp so perfect! WiFi is off and on so don’t expect to have the best cell service. Overall it was wonderful and we would definitely go back!

What a perfect place to stay if you have kids. Ours loved the climbing wall and slide. The hot tub area with the TV was a huge hit too. My only complaint would be the water pressure but overall we were very happy with our stay! We’ll definitely be back!!

The kids loved loved loved the cabin and said it was the favorite trip ever! The owners were super nice and got in touch with us very quickly whenever we needed anything. We definitely will be planning a return trip soon!!
