"A great bright, quiet studio, larger than photos. Excellent directions; easy to locate address. Super clean. Everything you need for a long stay: fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed & pillows, lots of hot water, hair dryer, iron & ironing board. Excellent wifi, dependable and easy to access. Superb location: easy walk to main street, seaside, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, banks, transportation. Thanks for a wonderful stay."

"This is my second time here & brought my spouse with me this time. The location is cozy & private, in a quiet neighborhood. We love the walkability to meals, shopping, etc. it is an easy drive to several parks, so we enjoyed a hike through Watershed Park. Our host s the sweetest & one of the reasons for coming back. She made sure we had everything we needed for our stay & that we were comfortable. We’ll definitely be back! "

"Had a lovely weekend - close to Brentwood and Mill Bay Centre. Walkable to Serious Coffee. Lovely, private suite - gorgeous backyard and hot tub to relax in at the end of the day. Great communication with the owner - very responsive to any requests while we were there. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"Check in and checkout was a breeze. Eric was highly responsive and very generous letting us borrow the paddle boards for a little trip out to the island with the seals in front of the property. This is a great central location, close to airport and many other attractions that the island has to offer. Last but not least, the sunrise view over the ocean is absolutely breathtaking!"

"We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the place. A great, large deck overlooking the harbour at Brentwood Bay. Good walking areas, with very little traffic, around the neighbourhood. Lots of hills, so can be a challenging walk. Only street parking and a steep incline on the driveway, that is not used by VRBO guests, between the road and the room. Bed was more like a double and so a bit tight. A full size fridge, two burner cooker and microwave. "

"Our favorite accommodation on our Vancouver Island tour. We liked the location, out of town and near our friends. My favorite things were the outdoor grill (try the local salmon if you can find it), the host's delicious homemade bread, and the roomba-like (Shark, actually) device that did a super job picking up crumbs and little bits of nature that blew in. It's the basement apartment of the owners. We barely knew they were there, it was so quiet and peaceful. Lots of light and air through the...

"This was a fantastic spot in the lovely Shawnigan Village. Quiet and peaceful for when you want to take it easy; but driveablw distances to nearby attractions like Butchart Gardens. Highly recommend! "
