Start every day of your stay with direct beach access and uninterrupted beach and water views! This condo is right in the center of the building, closest to the beach! This coastal getaway is the perfect place to relax after a day out exploring. The home offers a full kitchen perfect for cooking, a balcony with a gorgeous, Gulf view, and a shared, on-site pool for entertaining the entire group.

This home is conveniently located near both Padre and Gulf Boulevard offering many restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as beautiful Gulf view drives. The South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center is just a little over a mile north, while the Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Beach Resort is less than five miles south for all-ages fun. This rental is also right next to the Wanna Wanna Bar & Grill, where you can enjoy bar food, frozen drinks, and live music right on the beach.

All guests must be 25 years or older during the month of March.

*Wristbands are required during the month of March for anyone between the ages of 10 and 30. The wristbands can be purchased at our local office: 6001 Padre Blvd office for $25 each. Please pay by cash or check only.

We’re excited to inform you that this unit utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

You get what you pay for
The pictures on the website is not what you get. There were no accommodations. I didn’t get my apartment number to check into until I called and requested it. Bring your own towels because they will tell you to wash your if you need more.

HORRIBLE, DO NOT RECCOMEND
I DO NOT reccomed staying here. This place is the definition of a nightmare, okay, first the floor was very slippery and unsafe, there were orange and brown stains on the couch cushions and they tried to HIDE IT by flipping the cusions over, there was a AWFUL smell when we checked into the room, the place itself was damp and humid and there were roaches and other bugs under the mattresses, there were also white stains on the couch EVERYTHING was rusting EVERYWHERE the walls had cracks and holes, god knows why, the toilet wouldn't even flush, the air vents were extremely dirty, and there was NO ONE at the desk to help us and half of the place was wet, i do not reccomend staying here, if i had to say ANYTHING good about this place it would be that the balcony, and the proximity to the beach was nice.

Negatives: THE DOOR DOESN'T HAVE A INSIDE LOCK!!!!! OUR TWO YEAR OLD COULD OPEN THE DOOR AND RUN DOWN THE HALL IN 2 SECONDS FLAT!! Condo is old and crusty. Bathroom was disgusting, pubic hairs on the wall, mold, rotted door trim. The bedroom stayed lit up all night due to lobby lights. The stove was a joke and the burners are falling apart making it hard to cook. Dishes were dirty when we got there. There was only one roll of toilet paper and only one kitchen trash bag for four people and four days. Positive: the view and ocean access.

GREAT VIEW
Our stay was great. The View is why we try and stay at the international. Everyone is friendly, the property is close to local restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.

The refrigerator was broken and after multiple calls to Vacasa, no one ever came to check it until after I checked out. We had to buy additional coolers and ice for 3 days since there was never a fridge for us to use at any point during our stay. There was also chewed up gum stuck to the wall by the bed. The towel rack had fallen out of the wall at some point, and instead of removing it and patching the walls, they just left giant holes in the wall.

property is a piece of crap, and vacasa does not makes it worse
This was a nightmare of a trip. We reached the property at around 5 pm. We have two small kids, and it was almost their dinner time. We tried to enter the house, no avail. None of the passcodes work. There were three lockboxes. Getting in touch with vacasa was a pain, and then finally somebody gave us the correct passcode. By this time it was 7 in the evening. Then the main door would not close. Also, there was no parking permit in the property, so I had to stay with the car in the parking lot to make sure that it is not towed. Somebody from vacasa came, gave us the parking permit late in the night, and the door situation was still unresolved. He said that the door locked, but there was no way to make sure that the door is indeed locked. The apartment was a mess. The floors were dirty. The bathroom in the condo is a disaster. The toilet paper holder was broken. The sink does not drain well. The shower is a joke. The bed was not comfortable. The worst thing about all of this was that Vacasa promised us a partial refund on our booking, and it has been a few months now, and I have still not received anything from them. Very poor property and to top it off, very bad behavior from Vacasa. The whole thing was just ridiculous.

Fantastic Location
This is the second time I've stayed at this property and it was better than the last time. Unfortunately it rained our while trip so we spent the week indoors. Kitchen has everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the view of the gulf was awesome. Will stay in this location again.

South Padre get away
The location for this property was great!! It needs a little bit of a facelift. Some painting in some areas and some attention to other items that very obviously need to be replaced in the unit. But it was very clean. Overall, the condo was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. I only wish the weather had been better. We came during a very unusual storm front of high winds and a cold snap.

Beach Days with Grandchildren
Property is in an amazing location and overlooks the beach. Beach access is within feet of the door. While condo is older, it IS clean and welcoming. Our only hiccup was that it did not have extra linen or blankets for pull out sofa bed so we just bought those. Kitchen could use a few more utensils (only two table knives), Those are small issues in comparison to the wonderful location right on the beach’ We enjoyed our days here immensely!

Great location
The location is great. The pool and hot tub was great. The room wasn't super clean and had a weird smell. I couldn't tell if it was the cleaner that is used or if the room just had the funky smell normally. Parking is TIGHT with only one way in/out. We had a great time... And since we spent most of the time on the beach vs in the room will prob rent again.

It was not worth it.
The window in the bedroom made it impossible to sleep because the light in the lobby lights up the entire room. You can hear everyone going through the lobby and the beds were uncomfortable. As far as condos go this was my least favorite I have rented.

Good location with beach access
The frig reaked of fish and stunk the whole place every time we opened it. No hair dryer and not many kitchen supplies, no coffee or filters. Other than that, great beach access and location.

Good: Check-in was a breeze. Communication was easy with Robert with Vacasa who was helpful and provided timely response. Property employees were courteous and helpful. Quiet location Great Views. A/C is cold. Kitchen had what we needed. Appliances work with no issues. Bad: The front door lock needs replacing. It's a cheap fix to a possible security/safety issue. Dining chairs, some screws sticking out, could scratch clothing or skin.

Beach access & view
All we had to do was step outside the building and the beach was right there to enjoy. At night we had fun looking at tiny crabs while walking on the beach with flashlights. We really did enjoy sitting on the balcony while watching the ocean waves. On a few evenings we even got to see some fireworks.

The balcony view and location right in the beach is fantastic but the property and unit are very dated. The furniture needs to be replaced and the kitchen needs a complete overhaul. For the right price the accommodation is adequate but have realistic expectations.

Beautiful quaint place to stay with a priceless view.
This place was perfect for my family of 4. Both couches concert to bed which was very helpful. The pool was heated which was nice and the hot tub was great. Short walk to the beach made it convenient to go often. The condo is a little worn but it fulfilled our needs. It’s nice having grocery stores nearby to cut down on costs. However, there are plenty of great restaurants to choose from.

All about location
Very close to beach! It's older so I suspect it's grandfathered in and is one of the closest properties to the beach on the island. Condo itself needs updates - furniture (except beds were good) and utensils for cooking as well as lack of condiments/coffee filters/cleaning supplies but I guess most folks eat out. Gates require touch pad, which is unfortunate during COVID. Enjoyed drinks at the bar next door, all outside. The shower knob is installed incorrectly-hot is cold vice versa but good pressure and good hot water when you figure it out. Dishwasher is old but works good. No welcome book or instructions to explain anything nor did we receive check out instructions, but check in instructions were good. Would stay at property again but not this condo perhaps unless it gets updated.

Wonderful view and location
Overall, the view and location was great. You can sit out on the balcony and view the ocean and things going on at the beach in front. The only problem was some of the chairs were uncomfortable, and there is no guarantee of a parking spot: 42 units but only 32 parking spaces. Plus, for several days during our stay half of the parking lot was closed off because of roof repairs; however, it included the two handicapped spaces which I believe is against the law.
