Walking into this ground-floor condo (with no stairs necessary), you'll instantly take notice of the soft furnishings and beach-themed decor that adorn the space. The full kitchen boasts ample counter space and a dishwasher. Family meals can be shared at one of the two formal dining tables. Both bedrooms are light-filled and spacious, featuring TVs and comfortable air thanks to the central air conditioning. Enjoy the extra layer of convenience that comes with having access to an in-home washer/dryer.

Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the patio, and continue making the day great by taking a dip in the glimmering waters of the shared pool.

THINGS TO KNOW
A wristband fee is required from March 1 through March 31 for anyone over the age of 10 and under the age of 35. All wristbands must be purchased in advance of your arrival. Checks must be made payable to the appropriate HOA. Plan accordingly, as no one can enter the building without a wristband.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please contact us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
