There are grills in the covered patio at the clubhouse, making it a perfect place for bigger celebrations. Enjoy views of Schlitterbahn, tour Queen Isabella Memorial Park, lay on the white sands, participate in fun rentals and excursions like parasailing and snorkeling, and make memories that'll last a lifetime. There is even a restaurant and bar on the beach for your convenience!
Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space of 600 sq ft. Make yourself at home by relaxing on the plush sofa and watching a movie on the large cable TV, or cooking up beach picnic snacks in the kitchen, equipped with plenty of cupboard room and a breakfast bar. Get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities in one of the three beds or the sofa bed. At the end of the day, watch the boats roll in against the backdrop of a beautiful Gulf of Mexico sunset.

Wristbands and parking passes will be in the unit upon check-in. Wristbands are required at this complex and must be worn at all times. They are free for guests except for Spring Break and Holy Week. SPRING BREAK AND HOLY WEEK- You are REQUIRED to check in at the Gulfview office to pick up your parking pass. Wristbands are $40 EACH to be paid IN CASH. There is an ATM located down the street.
This home maintains a strict no-party and no Spring Break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please get in touch with us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
