LIVING AREA

After a fun-filled beach day, kick back and relax in the well-lit living area, where a modern wood-paneled ceiling adds charm. New furnishings include a sofa, love seat, and chair. Watch favorite shows on the 55” cable TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will appreciate the updated kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and new cabinetry.

Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar with seating for two. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the wooden table with seating for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This condo sleeps up to five guests in two bedrooms.

Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom, furnished with a king bed and 32” cable TV. A fully remodeled en-suite master bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

A second bedroom is outfitted with a twin bed and full-size bed. A fully remodeled second bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

Watch the sun set over the Gulf from the covered balcony, furnished with seating for four.

Soak up the sun by the complex’s sparkling pool (5’ deep), or take a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Curl up with a good book on the deck, furnished with ample loungers.

This home maintains a strict no-party and no Spring Break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. Luxurious comfort
Elegant yet comfortable furnishings, great views and incredibly peaceful place. We enjoyed starting g our days with coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise over the ocean view. The boardwalk was clean and provided perfect t access to the beach. The pool was private and refreshing as well.

Great location, great view, great apartment
The apartment is perfectly location in the middle of south padre island and it has reserved parking directly on the beach access for one car which it makes easy to go and come back from the beach. The apartment itself it is a spacious two bedrooms with very nice finishes in the living room and master bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped and it has new appliances with a washer and dryer. We enjoyed our time at the balcony looking directly at the beach. The pool of the apartment complex was very clean as well. The only downside the checkout is at 10am. We got to SPI every year and by far it is one of the best places we stayed and would definitely like to stay there again.

Excellent place on the beach!
This condo was fairly clean and has a great view of the beach and ocean! The furniture and décor were classy, high-quality pieces that gave this home a more high-end feel than some other places we’ve stayed. I hope we can book this place again the next time we’re in SPI!

Sleepless nights and no parking
My family goes down to SPI almost every summer. We decided we were going to get a different condo/location. That was a big mistake. Vacasa was virtually without communication with us when we had issues. Before we arrived I inquired about things that would be at the condo and I was told incorrectly that these items would not be available. So we packed and bought items to bring with us. Turns out these items WERE in the condo. So we bought unnecessary items and picked them with us. The next issue was we were never emailed the instructions for check in. On the way in I had to call and try to get someone on the phone to get the instructions sent. While we were there we had trouble with parking. We constantly had people parking in our reserved spots (each condo has one reserved parking spot) and because it was a public beach access site people would park in the private spots. Well when we encountered this issue we immediately called VRBO and Vacasa. VRBO couldn’t get in touch with Vacasa. I finally called the condo management and they said they would “pass along the message”. I never got followed up with that and we had to park much further down with a crying infant. On top of that there were quite hours of 10-8. We had upstairs neighbors and neighboring neighbors having parties into 2 in the morning leaving us sleepless almost eve dry night. We immediately messaged Vacasa & it took them two days to get back to us and it was a template reply. DO NOT STAY HERE. It’s awful.

Perfect
I have stayed at many different vacation rentals, from a yurt in Tennessee to a creepy old farmhouse in Gettysburg. This place was by far my favorite. Close to everything we wanted to do, beautiful balcony view. We had a bad storm during our stay and the rental company texted to make sure we were ok. Excellent customer service. We’re hoping to make this a yearly trip. Definitely recommend this company.

Amazing Gulf Views
We stayed for 9 days and really enjoyed ourselves. It was our first time to SPI. The condo was clean and in a great location. It has fantastic views from both the main living area and master bedroom. The balcony is spacious but the chairs were always damp from the humidity so we didn’t sit out there. No screens on the sliding glass doors which I thought was odd but it must be intentional. The glass was always wet so to really appreciate the views from inside you need to open the sliders, also for some needed fresh air. Maybe there are no bugs? The beach wasn’t crowded which was nice. Some other pros: designated parking spot, comfy king bed, nicely decorated, beautiful shower tile, big closets, extra pillows and well stocked (except for pantry items). The cons: Basics like ice, coffee and filters, salt and pepper (the shakers should be removed from the counter if they will never be filled) and Kleenex are not provided. We used toilet paper to blow our noses and subsequently ran out of TP on day 7. Unfortunately that was Easter and my request for TP went unanswered.

The condo was exactly as advertised - clean, well-maintained, and right on the water! One bonus was the convenience of the parking spot, which was directly at the beach entrance. This made it easy to leave beach chairs, toys, etc in the car and just grab them on our way to the beach and drop them off on our way home! Would highly recommend!

Great Location
Property was at a fabulous location directly on the beach with a great views. The place was spacious and comfortable with updated appliances and amenities. Unfortunately, we experienced a couple of drawbacks. The first and major one was the construction noise that we heard the first two days of our stay. Someone below us was having floors removed with a jackhammer, and it created a loud ruckus, which made sleeping in and relaxing hard. The other issue was with the building itself. Many lights in the common areas, especially outside the apartment door and the gate entrance, were completely out. We had to use the flashlight on our phone for the keypads, which made coming in and out very difficult while holding a toddler and groceries. We reported the lights being out on the first night, but nothing was done to replace the bulbs throughout our 4 day stay. Overall though, we'd definitely stay here again if these issues were resolved.

Fabulous location for a beach get away
Our family really enjoyed staying here for a week. The location is amazing - just a few steps from the beach. The balcony allows you to enjoy the breeze and sounds of the beach without being in the beach crowds. It is in the shade all afternoon making it perfect for escaping the midday sun and heat while still enjoying the beach (and for breakfasts in the morning watching the sunrise!). The reserved parking space is incredibly helpful as parking can get quite limited. The location is within easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops and a very easy drive to anything else on the island. The condo was very clean and in good repair, and had all of the dining and kitchen amenities we could want. The beds were very comfortable as well. Our only recommendation for improvement is for beach towels to be provided for guests to use. We were surprised that none were provided. We would definitely recommend this home for others to use and would stay here again!

We were excited to start our vacation, we stay at this facility many times under other rental companies but a first for vrbo, once arriving to the condo it was very difficult to operate the lock. It had a 10 digit code and the lock rotated in an odd manner plus it always took at least ten tries to lock or unlock the door everytime we left the condo, even when we got the green light that it had been done correctly. Once we finally got inside the condo it was a mess! Dirty towels, trash was still there, bathrooms were not clean, counters were dirty, dirty dish cloths, and the beds were as if someone had just gotten out of bed. We had to call and they took a report told us they were sorry and would send someone to clean. After a 45 minute wait a group arrived and it took another hour and a half to clean the condo, meanwhile we were waiting outside for them to finish. Check in was a 4 so this means we didn't get into our condo till about 6:15ish, an afternoon wasted-mind you check out is at 10 am. Hopefully our next rental through vrbo will be a much better experience. A little too expensive for an incident like this, no kind of offer to make things better from vrbo.

My wife and I had an awesome stay. We are usually very particular about the rooms we choose in S Padre and this place did not disappoint. We loved the amazing views and how clean it was.
