"The property is beautifully designed. It is compact but well planned out and very tasteful. Everything you need is there. The breakfast basket is delightful! The cottage is attractive and in a lovely location. It is so easy to just walk across the road for dinner. We loved it!!"

"thank you carol for a mind blowing stay so peaceful and perfect in every way. the food and eggs from the chickens tasted great,your friendliness is a score of 10 out of 10 .the use of the garden was so kind of you. it was like home but better .hope to see you again one day, sorry for late reply"

"Fabulous stay, gorgeous barn, great location, very cosy would highly recommend. One small thing the bedrooms could do with having blinds as it’s very light in there especially if you’ve got young children"

"Good communication in advance of arrival, though more clarity on parking may have helped. Unit next to ours had a very loud barking dog which woke us up on a Sunday at 7am unfortunately… and triggered our dog to bark. The walls are quite thin for noise to travel in/out. Aside from that, it was a really great studio with all one would need! It is on a working farm but whilst that means potential activity outside the door, it also means great green-space and farm animals to enjoy as well!!"

"Well equipped and clean property perfectly situated for a visit to Salisbury. Owner responded quickly to queries and was helpful. We would visit again. "

"We found this a great location for our 3 day cycling tour of the 2 forests (10 cycling with 2 back up cars) We also used Luigi the resident chef on the Saturday night for our GALA dinner."

"The property was extremely clean and spacious downstairs. The lounge had a large toy corner which was wonderful for our 3 year old grandson. Upstairs was lovely but bedrooms were a bit cramped. Being winter we all had large warm jackets and it would have been useful to have a coat stand or hooks in the hall. We had to drape them over the kitchen chairs. Overall a very pleasant property. "

"Wir sind bereits zum vierten Mal nach Tangley gekommen und fühlen uns jedes Mal wie zu Hause. Maggie und Rob sind wunderbare Vermieter und man fühlt sich sofort herzlich willkommen. Tangley liegt in herrlicher Natur, so dass man direkt vom Haus aus spazieren gehen oder wandern kann. Fußläufig erreichbar ist das "The Fox Inn", ein Pub mit sehr guter asiatischer Küche, der auch Take away anbietet und sehr empfehlenswert ist. London ist über Andover und Basingstoke sehr gut mit dem Zug zu...

A real find in the Wiltshire countryside

"We really liked this hotel a lot. We arrived late on Friday, after picking up my wife from the airport, but the reception staff were ready and waiting and when we decided to go to the bar for a nightcap, the bar staff were friendly and not rushed at all, even with only hand an hour till closing. The room was spacious and comfy, with a great bathroom, nice toiletries, effective air con, and nice complimentary tea, coffee, water and biscuits, etc. Breakfast was great, really well organised, and the distance to the city centre is easily manageable on foot. We made use of the free shuttle into the city in the evening, as it was raining and, again, the staff were super helpful. Ample parking, a fair few electric charge points for EVs and a great location for the road out to stonehenge, too. "
