However the beds are absolutely uncomfortable and clearly old but that’s probably the only real complaint other than the microwave handle being broken and the living room tv has funky color. "I will say the place was nice I liked that I could walk right to the beach from the pool deck I can say the staff was very nice and helpful. What I didn’t like. Was that the room that they gave us? The code didn’t work all the time and the door was really hard to get into upon entering the room, the smell that they used to clean was so overpowered, the view was beautiful. That’s why I chose this floor in room so that I would have a really good view the night before we had to leave the rail on...

"We like to go somewhere for our anniversary each year. It had been 3 years since we've been to the beach, and I wanted a good view of the ocean. This property really had it! You can see the ocean from the den and the master bedroom as well as having access to the balcony from both. The location is great and easy to get in and out of. Everything went smoothly. We would love to stay here again in the future."

"Love the fact it was on the same floor as the main lobby! Easy access to take my dogs in and out for morning and evening walks instead of catching an elevator ride! Beds were comfortable. My brother stated the pull out sofa wasn’t all that comfortable, but made do with it. The bathtub had problems draining. While taking a shower, the drain backs up and you’re standing in like a foot of water!? Nice room, has everything you need. Only thing I don’t like is the hotel itself is “pet friendly”...

"It is a beautiful condo on the ocean. I would just say that the area is sketchy. Homeless and drug users along the strip there make you feel unsafe. A lot of closed down hotels and so as long as you stay in the building or go to tourist attractions you’re ok. "

"The owner and service staff were top notch. Owner (Joe) was on top of the communication and clearly noted what we should expect and logistics of check in. We had an AC issue and within 5 minutes of hanging up with Joe a repairman was knocking on the door. One night we had some extremely noisy neighbors after 2am and security was no joke-they shut it down immediately. Amenities were amazing, beach access was super easy. Would 100% stay here again.
