"A casa em geral é muito boa. Ótima localização, 2 quartos, 2 banheiros, ar condicionado... local silencioso, ótima vista. Tudo seria perfeito, porem a limpeza da casa deixa a desejar. Louças e utensilios foram preciso lavar antes de usar. Toalhas com cheiro ruim. E o que realmente comprometeu a nossa estadia. A existencia de ratos na casa. Nos deparamos com rato mais de uma vez, e a casa tem coco de rato espalhado pelo sofá, chao (carpe) dentro de armarios... Pedimosnprovidencia na recepcao e...

"Absolutely loved this condo. Location on the beach was amazing. Such a gorgeous view from sunrise to sunset. Central location to explore the entire island. Loved all the chairs and coolers available. Really made our stay so comfortable. Communication was good and we had all the info we needed for our stay. Highly recommend staying here. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Hale Kai O’Kihei. The owner has thought of our every need, from kitchen accessories to beach towels. Better yet, the views of the ocean, sunsets and sunrises were unsurprised. The location was perfect: right on the water, within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores, and in a quiet neighborhood. The other tenants and guests were friendly and helpful, but not intruding. There were washing facilities on site, and we never had to wait to use them. I would...

"My husband and I stayed 9 nights. It was the perfect location for us. We had rented a car at the airport and the free parking spot was appreciated. The condo had everything we needed for making meals but had lots of restaurants within walking distance. We loved sitting on the lanai watching the sunset and the beautiful beach was right across the street. The Kihei Akahi is beautifully landscaped and was very quiet. Perfect spot for making memories in Maui and hoping to return one day. "

"It’s a lovely and quiet area the beach is right across the street. Restaurant and shopping center are within a 10 to 15 min walk. They also provide towels, chairs, an umbrella and a cooler to use to take with you to the beach. The place is very clean and I cannot wait to go back."
