There was only 1 large plate and 1 small side plate, no wiping up cloth and only 1 tea bag, however B&M is literally directly opposite and is open till 8pm there’s also a large Asda 10mins walk to your left as you exit the place. Had to ring someone in Pakistan just to let them know that I had booked who then passed me on to some third party management company who then also had no idea of our booking. Then received emails to check to some different property after our check out time. "

"We arrived bang on 5pm, I had messaged through the app to get instructions on check in, no reply. Their number is a Pakistani number, no luck with that either. We waited for 3 hours before hotels.com finally managed a hotel to relocate to. Do not book this, it is non existent and how hotels.com allow this to be advertised on their website is ridiculous. "

"Did not receive the key code. Tried to call (says 24 hours in advance!?) but no reply. Funny that, could still book the rooms in the same area with them at 8pm on the same night! How does that work? Had to drive home 2 hours in the rain, tired, and cancel my plans with my son for the next day. Won't be using Expedia again. My son aslo said the room had 1 star, stock photos and mould! "

"I received a call to confirm the check in. It's conveniently placed on the main road, close to bus stops and shops. Off street parking available, free after 5pm. The room was very clean and warmed for us, with basic toiletries provided. The receptionist was very friendly and professional, provided the necessary information and offered further assistance. "The whole place was dirty. I asked for a light cleaning, which he quickly arranged, but I didn't see much change Also they gave me a different address to where I had originally booked my accommodation. It cost me a little extra money as I was on my way there in a taxi. The picture that was propped up on the wall while I was sleeping also fell down and was very dangerous. They tried to accommodate my needs, but I felt it was never enough"

"A nice property in a reasonable area, but my experience of the proprietor was strange. Specifically check in was slow (alot of unnecessary paperwork). Also was woken up in the night (2am) by banging around and person cleaning! Considering the detailed (3 pages) of house rules, namely being quiet after 11.30pm, I found it odd that the proprietor was noisy several times after midnight.
