"Served our families needs and expectations perfectly. No AC was a concern going into it for us TX folks (AC is a must in TX!!) but opening balcony door with a fan sucking in the 55 degree night air was perfect to really cool down the upper levels. "This 2 bedroom condo was very spacious, clean, updated and a great location. The kitchen was brand new. Both bedrooms had a sink with a back lighted mirror, which my daughters loved! The bathroom had heated floors set to a timer for warm floors in the morning. Every room had and AC/heating unit which was very convenient. I hope to stay here again! The only thing I would recommend is the trash bin on the property did not close so a bear showed up in the evening but that made for a great story and...

"This place was in the perfect location and such a nice surprise with how spacious and perfect it was for our family of 6 a dog! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The only thing was that the carpets were a little dirty, the fireplace didn’t work, and the fridge wasn’t keeping items clean. Despite these things, we still really enjoyed our stay at 3 peaks. The two bedroom townhome was really great for our family and quick stay in Tahoe! "

"This was a great cabin, excellent location just a few minutes from all the spots we wanted to go to. Everything was exactly like the photos, loved the decor inside we all appreciated the little bears throughout the house.
